Conyers Ga home depot.Was trying to buy individual LVP I spend about 200 grand a year here and on your website, it says you'll sell individual pieces of LVP tried to check out and the Jamaican lady just told me no says they don't sell individual pieces because there's no skew, but it clearly states on your website that you do. After she could tell I was upset. Then she called and asked the question if you could. But the first thing she did was just say no, because she was lazy and didn't want to check it up for me again ho depot I spend a ton of money with yallAnd I can't believe II was t reated like this. Thank you.oh and I did not buy it I'll go to lows there normally more helpful anyways

Went to pickup an item at this location, attempted to use my military discount at the register. Was unable to get my discount because, according to the associate, the Homedepot stores have added the discount online. While I had my identification in hand, there wasn’t any way the associate cared to override and add my discount. Her only suggestion was to refill out the paperwork online for a discount next time. ?

There are enough staff who are mostly helpful, but they close the automated checkouts early which is a big hassle. Not only does it take ages for a checkout clerk to become available, but they don't listen and do things like print out receipts, instead of just emailing them. 'Just take a photo', they say, but that totally mucks up customers' filing systems and is just frustrating—listen to customers if you're going to force them to deal with a checkout clerk! But why not just leave the automated checkouts open; it would save everyone a lot of stuffing around. (It'd also be nice if they brought their payment systems into the 2010s, so we wouldn't have to bring those old chip cards that anyone could steal and use.)

Cashier staff were rude and disrespectful. I asked to have some keys cut and was told well why don't you use the self serve option. I told them I wanted to use the key hero app and the response was, nothing like that exist in this store. So I walked her over to the machine and showed her the information, then she says well you have to come back as we have no one here today who can cut keys. It would have been much better from the start if they had just said the staff who cuts keys have gone for the day instead of insisting there is not such service offered in in the store and being defensive and rude.

This stores Management team does not have a clue of how to give proper customer service. I complain to the District Manager about the lack of assistance given each and every time I come to this location on Wednesday, just to get the same lack of service on Thursday. I worked for this company for 15 years. I can't believe it has forgotten all of its core values. I am consistently given excuses for why I can't get help and ways I can make my shopping experience better. It is not my job to tell them I need assistance. I was trained by their District Manager, so I can't understand why the culture in this store is so horrible. Please reach out to your team and let them know there are other stores to shop with, who will appreciate the customer. I expect a reply from the store Manager, if he gets off his phone long enough to do so.

Ok, I usually don't rate stores like homedepot, but these guys do a great job. There is always someone around to help you find things, they have all the products in stock and you can get out of there pretty fast!

I walked in the store looking for a snake for my toilet. A store associate by The name of Jimmy K noticed I was walking around looking lost. Jimmy K says, "Hi, can I point you in the right direction". I said, yes please.Jimmy K directed me excactly where to go. Thank you Home Depot for hiring Jimmy K he is an asset to your company and his willingness to provide exceptional customer service will keep bringing the consumers in. I had a great exceptional experience and felt @ home and welcomed thanks to Jimmy K. Thank you Jimmy K ?

First time rental was good. Needed to rent flatbed truck, was told it's reserved. Stayed for an hour and truck still there, came back two later parked the same exact way, I took a picture. I did this so no else have too, save ur time. No consistency, no consistent business.

You now have to have a pro extra account to do phone sales and apparently it's this location from what they said. No one ever checks to see if you need help. I'm working on getting these stores out of my supplier lists. Going back to specialized stores as they offer better help, better knowledge and way better pricing. These are basically hardware convenience stores so they charge you for that convenience.

Best interaction I've had at a Home Depot, hands down, was with Kisha and Tesha at the pro-desk this week! If you are a contractor or in need of materials in bulk, these ladies will make the process smooth sailing! So kind, personable, quick to respond, and eager to help! I had a rather large pickup, Lucero (Lucy) from the customer service desk assisted me. She made sure that my order was pulled correctly, she kept me abreast on when it would be ready, and when it was ready she assisted me in bringing it to my truck. She actually showed that she was interested in helping me, even as she constantly helped other customers as my order was being filled. Thank you for your professional courtesy and assistance Lucero (Lucy).

I just love the smell of fresh cut wood. I just go by the lumber dept. And pretend to be looking for items. Workers are nice, but not so knowledgeable on where items are. They mostly give you ballpark where the item is at or could be.
