I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment and upon my arrival my car was taken in at the exact time, my service provider’s name was Z and he provided everything I needed, he even offered to drop me off at the mall so I wasn’t just sitting around bored, my car was washed and delivered back to me in a timely fashion and he kept me informed of everything that was going on. I will definitely return to this dealership because I encountered the nicest person and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle.

It’s was great speaking with Mike the service advisor. He took his time explaining what issues needed to be fixed on my car and the recommended order based on urgency. It’s my wish that more people took pride in understanding their customer and explaining in simple terms!

Since I brought my 2022 Honda pilot sport from this place I have been going there for services. They always take good care of my car and always wash it afterwards. I trust this place completely, the person in the front desks always shows me everything they did on the car step by step. I usually waited and sited inside to wait on my car but one of the guys actually offer to give mea ride home if I ever need. I love this place, it’s clean and professional so be patient and they willTake care of you!

I dealt directly with Eric Ward (Sales Person) along with Justin (Sales Manager - I believe) Most of everyone I encountered at Honda was EXTREMELY friendly & knowledgeable. I dealt with a Finance guy that I honestly don't recall his name but didn't care for his response to a question. I had my own financing. Eric assisted me with finding the car for the budget presented. The buying process was smooth and I left with a smile. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle- be sure to ask for Eric!

I had the worst experience ever. I first went to this location to trade in my car and was quickly turned away because the value of my car was only $2,000 (which i thought dealerships would just roll over the negative equity and put your trade-in in an auction)I was willing to put down $4,000, however they still refused me. I went to a different Honda location and they offered me $6,000 for my car!!! Unfortunately, that place did not have the car I wanted in stock I would’ve definitely had gone to them instead.

This was my first time getting a service here and the service advisor Aaron was amazing fast and friendly! My car was there for an oil change and the wait was a little extensive so Aaron provided me with a Lyft to my home and back when the car was finished !! I’d absolutely go here again! Great job!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at the facility around 12:50 p.m. I walked around the outside of the facility to get my steps in, I saw the technician when he pulled my vehicle into the work bay at 1:33 p.m., 33 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I left the time was 2:43 p.m. (this was after I inquired about the status of my vehicle). I have been a customer of Honda Conyers now Stonecrest Honda for many years and I have never had to wait this long for a simple oil change. Oh, they also rotated my tires. When I left, I noticed my vehicle was vibrating. I knew exactly what it was, the tires were not properly balanced. I was so frustrated; I didn't even want to deal with this dealership anymore. I took my vehicle to Discount tire, and I was correct, the balancing was off. The customer service under this new ownership/management is now horrible. I asked someone to page the Service Manager, he was paged twice and never appeared. I understand everyone is short staffed however, that should not have an effect on customer service. I guess I worked during a time when customer service was so drilled into me as a part of my training, I hold other companies to the same standard when it comes to Customer Service. Management at this location has to get it together or customers will definitely be finding another Honda dealership to visit. Always, remember your customers are the lifeline of your organization.

I only give this business a two because Ms. Jemira Brittain customer service was immaculate. I asked them to look at the check engine for the code of P507 and they did not give me an answer for that code, charging me almost $200. Instead they told everything else what was supposedly to be wrong with it. I was already upset with because the day I went to go set an appointment the employee Lily was very rude to me and that I had to ask two other employees her name, one employee said, "he isn't going to comment on the situation". Then to go and to try to get me car fixed, but didn't get fixed is ridiculous. They tried to charge me around $1000 for things they said was wrong but didn't want to fix what I asked them to fix. It is on my paperwork about that code but there were no results in trying to fix it. I feel unappreciated as a customer and also I feel hurt & disappointed that I took it in there for one thing, just to be told about fixing other things. They cheated me out of my almost $200 and their prices are to extreme. "PLEASE DON NOT LET THEM DO YOU LIKE THEY DID ME"!!!! I will be calling corporate.

I am giving this experience a 5 star because of my service agent Michael Reason. My car needed some major work done and he was the right man for the job. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kept me informed about all activities along the way. Not only was my car repaired to my satisfaction, it was also done at reasonable price. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be takin my car back. So happy Michael is working at this dealership.

Horrible customer service, horrible support. Just save your time and energy. Pricing isn't any better. Just go somewhere else.

If I were you I'd steer clear of this place the wait times are phenomenal. On 9/16 I went in for oil change waited 3 1/2 hours thought it was just a bad day at Honda so I gave them another shot. I go back in 10/28 with a 715 appointment for front brake pads to be changed. After waiting four hours my car wasn't even started. I just requested my vehicle back and said to myself never again. So before I left I talked to the service manager for an explanation and he gave me the weakest excuse on the planet. We only have like two guys to do brakes. I saw people come and go well after my 715 appointment so finally at 11:30 I had enough and I requested my vehicle back without it being serviced. I'm just getting brake pads done at a local repair shop! I suggest you DO NOT even consider this dealership for any repairs. They may do good work but the wait times are ridiculous!!

I am a medical traveler and I've had my Accord since 2006. I love my Honda and is very committed to keep it as long as I can. Trust and honesty is very important to me and In my travels I've experienced very few. When I pulled up to Stonecrest Will took very very good care of me. He was very honest about what was going on with my car. Also a huge thank to the service technician behind the scenes who took care of my baby. Should I have to come back Will will be my go to Guy!

I decided to wait a minimum of three months to give this review because I wanted to know if my buying experience would change the second time around, it did not.I love my Honda CRV I plan on putting a million miles plus on it I will use it untill the wheels fall off that’s home much I love.My experience at Honda however is questionable I can tell you the only people that I spoke to in that building that were memorable each time was the lovely African American lady at the front desk who wears glasses I never got her name but she is always nice every time I go in.And Mason who works in finance who remembered me, I can’t say the same for my sales person. My tag took two months to come through, I went to the dealership after William advised me to come speak to the person responsible, I asked the nice lady at the front desk if I could go speak to her,she wouldn’t even talk to me face to face, which I thought was rude really bad etiquette if I wanted to talk over the phone I did not need to ask for her, but I was advised by another employee to come and speak with her, sharing private information in a open space on the phone loudspeaker, only for her to tell me that they had just submitted my paperwork on the 29th of August (bought it 20th July),she told me to go to my county tags office only for the tag office to tell me that it was the dealership that had not submitted my paperwork untill then they would extend my temp tag for another month, sure enough when I finally got my tag in the mail my registration had a late fee charge on it.The car is 5 stars, absolutely love the style and look of the newer models of CRV, so were Jason and the lovely receptionist everything else was 1 star.Customer service and after sales experience clearly doesn’t matter after you buy the car I guess all dealerships do that.

Unsatisfactory service department - At least on the front end. I brought my 2011 Ridgeline in the day before that it was scheduled to be serviced so they could have it all day. The service was for brake rotors/pads and for rear frame safety recall work. I made the appointment a week in advance. This afternoon, I got a call that my truck is done and ready to pick up. I walk in the service door at 4:30 to literally 11Honda employees standing around and 2 cars in the service bay so not very busy, funny thing, not 1 person asked if they could help me, What ever happened to greetings of some sort? I stood and stood until I finally approached someone and asked for help. Only to find out the recall work was NOT DONE, no parts were ordered... Why did I make the appointment? The original recall inspection was performed on Sept 19th, I made the appointment a few days later. Why weren't the parts ordered when the appointment was made? Stonecrest actually put a line item on my bill for today called "shop charge for repair order $28.80 - I assume this is the charge for the recall inspection which should be on Honda, not me. So now, If I want to have the work done, I have to wait for the parts, take ANOTHER day off from work and figure out how to get to and from StoneCrest Honda AGAIN. This is NOT acceptable. Also, the young lady that did help me, my interim "advisor" actually had the audacity to tell me I am responsible for knowing who my advisor is. Really? Is this how you treat customers. I had 3 different "advisors" on this little adventure. Very disappointing considering I have been using Honda of Conyers/StoneCrest Honda since I moved here 10 years ago, Not sure I want to continue this relationship.

We had been shopping around for a year for a second hand car for our son who just turned 18 but nothing made sense. We finally purchased a new Honda Civic 2024 at Honda Stonecrest and feel like we got a great deal on it. Ask for Anthony who helped us with the purchase and was awesome to work with.
