The customer service from managers is poor. Will not take accountability for mistakes . Meat department is lacking. Will not order certain meats even when asked to do so. Wasn't like that years ago. Prices are high so when you can't receive your discount it makes a difference in this economy. Today the cashier didn't scan my Ingles card so I couldn't receive a discount on gas. That is main reason I was coming there. So no discount .. no more patronizing from me. This store has been receiving hundreds of dollars a month from me because of their location primarily. I will drive a little further now as other stores have better prices and honor the discounts on gas. As someone that has been a customer of theirs for many years , I deserved better treatment than what I received

Just a gas station. What more can I say...lol. They are always competitively priced with the stations around them. They offer a 10-cent off loyalty program for every $100 shopped in the Ingles store. Personally, I think Ingles pharmacy is their best-kept secret. I have been using Walgreens for about 20 years and became frustrated with their long waits and cut back in servicing hours. On a whim, I tried Ingles and found their prices less expensive, their service faster and friendlier, and I earn 50 points for every script (making that 10 cents off very easy to get to monthly).

Gas is usually a lot cheaper here. Only by a few cents this time but I needed gas. Not a regular shopper but I thought I had points to reduce the price.

I love to visit Ingles when in Conyers. Unfortunately the manager, Missie, is rude, condescending, and a law suit waiting to happen based on her treatment of employees. Great employees, bad management.

Would give a five, but workers don't even know where their own products are. Store always clean, need to update their selections on food items. Other than that, store is my go to when my wife insist on getting something quick. One day it will surpass the other big name stores. Store manager is helpful always.

(2020) I use to love Ingels grocery stores. My husband and I are long time customers there. I appreciated especially their produce as good produce is hard to find. However our local Ingels grocery store has really gone down hill the last few years. They are selling produce that is already beginning to go bad the day you want to purchase it. Cauliflower that is turning black, bags of potatoes with bad spots all over them, tomatoes with soft spots, etc. Yesterday I purchased two ready made salads for my husband and myself. I had to throw away half of it. It had lettuce that was bad around the edges, soggy cheese, soggy bacon bits, and white hard cores out of the head of lettuce. And charged about $5 a piece for them. Of course all you can see In the container is what good stuff there is on top. Sad to see they take so little pride now and concern for what they feed their customers. Sad to say I Guess we're going to have to start purchasing our produce some place else.
