I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. Kimberly J Brennan saved me bank $$$ on my insurance (property and auto). She navigated all the companies, did her diligence, fought for me, and even educated me along the way (pro tip - NEVER use roadside assistance through your insurance - ask Kim why). I feel like Insurance Sentry is far more fitting than Insurance Broker. And she made it sooooo easy! I called, told her I have been with the same carrier since Noah tried to get boater’s insurance, and asked if she could take a look. The rest was history!
My only regret is not reaching out to her sooner.

“Where to start? We have been with Mercury for quite a while as I have had several teenage drivers over the years and as many as 5 cars insured with them as they always seemed to be the most competitive option. On a recommendation from our agent, we also added our Home owners Insurance with them, and thank goodness we did. In September of 2023 we had a major house fire in which we lost 3 cars and our home of 30 years. We have had nothing but the most compassionate, professional and timely experience you could ever hope for. I have been compelled to call or write the management directly but felt a testimonial was more in order. Although we still are not done with our claim, needless to say, I would highly recommend this company! Also, as a public service announcement, please see if you have a smoke detector in your garage, if not, buy one. Finally, ask your agent what it would cost to rebuild your home?
