I was in the store yesterday. Needed a couple of fabrics cut. There was a man ahead of me waiting for someone to come to counter. After a few minutes one very rude lady showed up and told me I should have pushed the button on the counter. I didn’t see the button and I’m guessing the man didn’t either . But it was addressed to me, then About 30 seconds later a Second Lady came up and rudely pointed at the same thing to me. I explained that her coworker had just said that and i once again didn’t see it. And im assuming no one else waiting in that line did either. Then when I get the cashier to check they always click the Jonann’s card and coupons on my phone no matter what , but this lady just said no nothing will help you with this. I have never had anyone be so rude or disrespectful to me at this store before. I have been going to that store since it has been in Conyers. But i will not be going back to that store.

I was helped by an associate (possibly named hunter) who absolutely went above and beyond for me and my mom today. Love this store!

Such a nice store inside. Always has what we go in there for. They have a mix of variety for just about anything.

The cashier was awesome and very knowledgeable about the deals and savings. The prices are a little high but the cashier made sure I got the best deals!

I had a great time. The workers were friendly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I can’t remember her name but she was a young black woman. I truly had a wonderful day?

I drove 40 minutes to the Conyers location. I was at the door at 5:55 pm. I only needed one item and I would have been in and out by closing. The door was shut and locked in my face by Kiara. I asked for the manager and she rudely responded through the glass' "I am the manager". It was so rude and uncalled for. I will never return to this store. As a business owner, it is absolutely unbelievable a manager would treat a customer this way.

Manager was extremely rude. Their fabric prices are 3 times the price of specialty fabric stores down the street. I will never shop in this store again!

I went in just minutes after picking up my pets ashes from the crematorium in Conyers to get some stuff to try to make in my dog's sweet memory, I asked 2 different associates if they could help me find some specific items and they both treated me like I was an inconvenience because they were in the middle of setting up displays. I just left! They had no idea what I had just gone through. But no one should treat a customer as an annoyance!

Came in 10 minutes before close because I didn’t know they started closing at 7 instead of 9. The white brunette with the pony tail was unprofessional. Kept walking around telling people “5 min” as if an announcement wasn’t JUST made over the intercom. There was no greeting when I entered and when I exited there was none as well. She just stared at me walking out the door. Awkward and uncomfortable.

I went there twice as I had to make an exchange. Both times the manager was not friendly or pleasant. Upon returning the cashier wasn't pleasant either. The appropriate response when a customer says " Thank you" is " you're welcome". That was how it ended. They need to learn to treat All Customers civilly. I will never shop there again. There are other crafts stores that I can give my business too.

Called numerous times to ensure a product was in stock before making the long drive to this store. Nobody would answer. Once I arrived I was shocked at how cluttered and disorganized it was. I had to stand in a long line to ask if they had the product. They didn’t know, didn’t have time to help me look and were extremely understaffed. I attempted to find the product, but did not. I used to love going to Joann’s years ago when I lived by one. This place has gone downhill fast

There are 2 Quilt guilds in Conyers. I have quit even going to Joanns. Never find what I need and their pricing is just not competitive. I try to support local businesses, but this store just doesn't stock for the needs of the Community. I ended up driving to the Joanns store in Snellville to shop. Know your customer base!
