The lighter tone lady with the blondish brownish hair is rude and has a HORRIBLE attitude. She should not be working with people at all. She treated me rudely along with an elderly man.

I've been experience flu symptoms. I rush to the pharmacy and the lady/black with a blonde to rudely close the gate uttering that they are closed for lunch. I'm glad that I didn't need heart medication. AWFUL ... CORPORATE GET INVOLVED!

CATHY is very unprofessional. I came in around 7:50pm to pick up a prescription and she refused my service. Her reasoning was “the register has already been taken out”. This is unacceptable, and with this being the pharmaceutical industry it sure doesn’t reflect putting your customers first.

Just parted ways with Publix pharmacy for price gouging. The last year my 3 maintenance meds has jumped from $20+ to $60+ since March. But now it's June and they wanted to charge $240.43 for just my thyroid med. So my doctor made some calls and found it at KROGER for $11. so I immediately had all 3 prescriptions transferred to Kroger the same day on Friday as a new customer. Spoke with a tech (female) at 11:04am on Friday confirming all my info. Spoke to a different tech ( male) at 5:44pm on Friday, to be told my scripts wouldn't be ready til Saturday at noon. Since I work til 6pm, he said they're open til 8pm. So yesterday (Saturday) I arrived at 6:30pm to find that they actually closed at 6pm. By this point I felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest & a severe headache being out of my meds since Thursday night. So this morning I called as soon as they opened, only ti have a (female) which I learned shortly was the pharmacy manager that put me on hold & then continued to let the phone ring for 36 minutes and 38 seconds while I got dressed and drove up to the pharmacy.. with the phone in hand still ringing the entire time. Spoke with customer service , who also called store mgr up to speak with me, who apologized and confirmed the female in the pharmacy was the Mgr that left me on hold with the phone ringing back for for 36 mins and 38 secs. Why would any company or mgr allow such poor customer service to go on in their establishment? If your departments are struggling this bad, then hire more help. Communication with customers should always be #1 priority, not ignoring them for over 30 minutes. And even when I made my way over to the pharmacy, a young man retrieved my meds for me and my phone was still ringing for to them and I pointed out the time and how long I had been put on hold with the phone continuously ringing back and he could only apologize. As for the pharmacy mgr, no response...SERIOUSLY FOLKS YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAY, AND YOU ALL HAVE FAILED TREMENDOUSLY!!

Before today. Pharmacy at Kroger would have been 5 stars. Never have I had an issue with them. Always have my RX for my husband and II had surgery@ Atlas buckhead surgery center. They gave me a in hand RX & Kroger Pharmacy lied and said they called and phone number was out of service but then said someone said I had already picked up the RX. So stupid. They don't call in RX's. So someone is lying and being very unprofessional. I'm sitting in pain from 3 days ago had to go back to the surgery center to get a shot in the butt. Why are the pharmacy workers saying I've picked up a RX already???? Lies!! So rude and unprofessional. Telling me the surgery centers number is out of order when I just got off the phone with them at Atlas. Do yall think someone is scamming to get medicine?A shame.... Addicts mess it up for everyone. Smh. This is literally the second time I've ever filled a pain medication RX here. Never again

When the automated refill system was faulty, I just reached out directly to the staff and they filled my prescription with-in 48 hrs (for a specialty script that usually takes at least that long just to ship). The location is convenient and each of my visits have had minimal wait times. I am very satisfied with this staff.

08/18/2022:I switched from CVS Pharmacy to Kroger Pharmacy because CVS Pharmacy was acting like requesting them to call my doctor and request 90-day refills on my long-term/maintenance medications a major task. Upon transferring my prescriptions to Kroger Pharmacy, and without me requesting it from the them, Kroger Pharmacy converted ALL of my medications to 90-day supply. It helps to mentioned that they did this because they use a comparison tool that shows them how to save the customer the most amount of money with or without insurance. If you do NOT have insurance, they run your prescription through GoodRx since they have a direct contract with them. Therefore, you often get the best price at Kroger Pharmacy compared to many other pharmacies around town, retail and local. They also have delivery service for your prescriptions. Currently, the delivery fee is $5.95 and you get the delivery on the same day, if you call before 12:00 noon.If you get a Kroger Reward Card, you'll earn fuel credits with each prescription refill so you can save at the pump. It's a win-win situation, if you ask me. Lastly, I never received poor customer service during in-person or telephone encounters.

They don't answer the phone. I have a prescription I need for my heart, nitroglycerine patches, and I told them I needed a refill. Without even looking to see if they have it, they said I couldn't get it for three days because they were so backed up. What? I need this to function. I have used Kroger pharmacies forever, and they have all been great. This one sucks.
