When the automated refill system was faulty, I just reached out directly to the staff and they filled my prescription with-in 48 hrs (for a specialty script that usually takes at least that long just to ship). The location is convenient and each of my visits have had minimal wait times. I am very satisfied with this staff.

As of 1/1/2023, Kroger no longer takes Cigna which is a huge inconvenience.

08/18/2022:I switched from CVS Pharmacy to Kroger Pharmacy because CVS Pharmacy was acting like requesting them to call my doctor and request 90-day refills on my long-term/maintenance medications a major task. Upon transferring my prescriptions to Kroger Pharmacy, and without me requesting it from the them, Kroger Pharmacy converted ALL of my medications to 90-day supply. It helps to mentioned that they did this because they use a comparison tool that shows them how to save the customer the most amount of money with or without insurance. If you do NOT have insurance, they run your prescription through GoodRx since they have a direct contract with them. Therefore, you often get the best price at Kroger Pharmacy compared to many other pharmacies around town, retail and local. They also have delivery service for your prescriptions. Currently, the delivery fee is $5.95 and you get the delivery on the same day, if you call before 12:00 noon.If you get a Kroger Reward Card, you'll earn fuel credits with each prescription refill so you can save at the pump. It's a win-win situation, if you ask me. Lastly, I never received poor customer service during in-person or telephone encounters.

They don't answer the phone. I have a prescription I need for my heart, nitroglycerine patches, and I told them I needed a refill. Without even looking to see if they have it, they said I couldn't get it for three days because they were so backed up. What? I need this to function. I have used Kroger pharmacies forever, and they have all been great. This one sucks.

I've been using this Kroger pharmacy for years and have never had a problem. They fill prescriptions fast and always text me when they're ready for pickup. They always answer the phone and kindly answer any questions I have. Super nice efficient staff all around. I do wish they would open up their outdoor walk-up window though, it's been closed the last few times I've gone so I've had to go inside. Kroger itself has the best prices especially if you join their Kroger Rx Club, my prescriptions are peanuts each month.

The pharmacy will not fill prescriptions from 8-9 but really until like 12 Noon due to giving COVID shots in the morning and again around 7pm til close. There's only 1 pharmacist on duty and that 1 is giving the vaccine and the other staff cannot or will not help. This is terrible business. Shame on Kroger Corp/HR. They won't even answer the phone during these times to help. People are in need of their medicines or they wouldn't have the prescription. There has to be a better way. Other pharmacies are doing the same thing.

Very rude and disrespectful, as in the pharmacist on duty Sunday 3 hour wait on drop off as I live an hour away, pharmacist stated that if I filled it elsewhere she would no longer fill it here, customers are important especially in these times, a little courtesy would go a long way

The Kroger Pharmacy @ the Hwy. 138 Conyers location has the best Pharmacist & Pharmacy Techs Ever!!!! I've been using their services for many years & have always been pleased with their care & genuine compassion for my needs... I gave 5 stars because of how well every one takes care of me... However, I would like to address one issue... When calling, (And This Happens All The Time), the phone rings for a very long time before someone answers & then when they do answer, they always want to put you on hold 2 to 3 times within the same call before they actually answer to take care of my needs... That, I think needs to be addressed... For this issue, I'd give 3 stars... I understand that this pharmacy is quite busy, however, because I pick up meds very often, I can say for a fact, that between the Pharmacists & Pharmacy Techs, there are usually 4-6 ppl behind the counter... Hopefully this issue can be addressed... Other than this issue, I really appreciate all that y'all do for me... Y'all are definitely a blessing...

NO high dose flu vaccines for seniors. I was told this morning they are back ordered and don't know when they will receive more, maybe this week or next! This is unconscionable. Kroger FAILED to plan ahead knowing there would be a high demand for the vaccine this year due to Covid19. I'm horrified by this discovery as my husband and I are both in our 70's and are at a high risk for not only Covid19 but THE FLU.

I bought a few of these salads to eat for work, and half way through my Kroger brand chicken ceasar salad I spotted a bug on my lettuce. I continued to look through my salad and saw another one with wings still attached. This is disgusting and I can't believe Kroger is putting something out like this. Never again
