Honestly, I don’t understand why there’s such bad reviews on this place.But I would recommend getting an appointment first for a great experience. The staff was professional to me and the phlebotomist was quick and painless with my blood drawing process. Especially since I’m afraid of needles (traumatic experience in the past) which I told her about before the blood draw began, which she accommodated me and distracted me from the needle and was very kind about it.I will definitely return if I have lab work to be completed.

Just would like to give this location in Conyers a 5 star review, from the time of my arrival to the time when I left, upon arrival I was greeted professionally and was treated kind and the service by far was excellent, I personally don’t enjoy being pricked but the beautiful young lady with the green highlights in her hair did a phenomenal job her service was second to none, thanks for everything you guys rock

The staff and receptionist are extremely rude without any reason. Horrible service, wouldn’t recommend.

I was reluctant to visit this location because of the bad reviews. It was totally different for me. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely professional. I left wondering if the was in the wrong place. Nothing but good vibes. My visit was a great experience.

The worst experience I've ever had! The staff is very lazy, nobody is on time and they're always closed when they're supposed to be open. If you have to get any work done or if you have to take a drug test, schedule for a different location. You'll thank me later

The facility was clean and the wait was not long. However, I WILL NOT be visiting the facility again!There is a young lady there that DOES NOT know what she is doing! As a result, I had to go to the emergency room to have them confirm via ultrasound that I indeed have a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), aka a blood clot because she stuck the needle THROUGH my vein (picture below of my arm afterwards). When I told her, she responded with “I’m just trying to get the blood out.” How?? Because you think you can pull it from the other side? That’s not how it works! Blood work is done from the surface of the skin because our skin can absorb the little bit of blood that will come out of the puncture until it clots; through the vein, it cannot do this, and she should have known that!I’ve tried calling the location to speak to Liss (sp?) again, but have been unsuccessful. I’m now on blood thinners for the next 3-6 months with the vascular surgeons hope that my body will resolve the blood clot on its own.

Just went in there with a referral from an employer for a drug test for a new job, and the animal at the front desk, animal yes because thats how she acted, had a bad attitude from the get-go very unprofessional no help at all and to make things worst a second beast came out with a worst attitude than the 1st one, telling me to drive to Monroe for the drug test.

The bathroom is DISGUSTING!!!! They need to remodel ASAP!!! They put some blue dye in the water to cover of whatever it is that’s sitting at the bottom of the inside of the toilet! That’s is SO NASTY!! Nothing is more dis than an old, nasty bathroom!!! ??

Glad I decided to come after reading the reviews. I had a great experience! Check in kiosk was very easy to use. The staff kept me updated with approximate wait time. Everyone was friendly. Location was clean. They have signs up about their lunch hours in person and online.

Very unprofessional, staff untrained. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and still wasn't seen on time. Sat in the almost empty lobby for over 45 minutes. If you all can't hire and maintain quality employees, shut the entire facility down. Definitely replace this new front end employee. Trash.

The staff is so unprofessional and rude. And they stop doing screenings well before the center closes, which is inconvenient and doesn’t make any sense.

What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be seen 30 mins late, this is my second time here and some has changed. Those positive reviews are very sus lol. At least this time we had an excellent phlebotomist he gets a 5 star.

I had an appointment for bloodwork. Received confirmation email when I booked it and reminder email the day before. Drive 30 minutes to the location and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed today. If you can send reminder emails, you can let me know my appointment is canceled.

We had an appointment for 9 AM and after over an hour drive, we found the office closed!! We did not receive notification that our appointment needed to be rescheduled!! Several people showed up at the same time as us were also upset to find them closed.
