My experience was great yesterday, I went in not happy about my service at ATT and I walked out with a solution. I ended up getting a phone right away with major discounts. The Rep was awesome. I can not remember his name. He explained every discount and how to use them and also he explained well the transfer process for the other lines I have. Metro is was cheaper that ATT and give the same service. This location was not packed. I was in and out.

The worst experience of a life time whomever the guy in the glasses who's eyebrows looks like a owl is the worst employee in history how is he still working there. ? If anyone is reading this do not spend your money at this location.

- The lobby is always empty- No sense of enthusiasm or interest from the worker(s)- Unprepared/ Dishonest about sim card stock- Overall a bad experience for the average customer- Would NOT recommend at all.

I have never been here, but when I called a lady answered phone 'YES'. I asked is this METRO PCS? She answered 'YES'. No need to continue this call. CS sucks already!

Extremely rude staff. Male working at 4:00 pm on 06/17/2020 sent my friend out of the store in tears. Refused to help & refused to give his name when asked. My friend was asked to leave the store & the associates promptly locked the door behind her.I called later to ask another associate for his name - she asked me if I was the lady that was just in the store & then told me she was working alone. They were laughing at my friend as she left. COMPLETELY unprofessional with no customer service skills. Metro needs to step up their training process.

Rude staff with zero training in customer service. I have never witnessed anyone be as mistreated as I did today in this store. The male associate that was working this afternoon was incredibly nasty & made fun of his customer, after locking her out of the store for seeking guidance on an insurance claim. Terrible service.

Honestly I have no beefs with my metro service, It's their customer service it's deplorable, not the reps themselves, but actually finding the customer service number online. My elderly mother needed to pay her bill and set up automated monthly payments, we could not get this done, even when I dialed the so called *611, then called the 888-863-8768 and redirected to my metro on my phone. Seriously WTF?? I am so tempted to cancel my metro plan, no phone company should be this difficult to reach, price be damn, I will pay more for better customer service!!! Metro customer service is deplorable. I can only imagine what the elderly goes through.

Very unprofessional. I came here to upgrade my phone one of the workers was sitting in a chair on his phone. The other one was a lady that seemed like she didn't want to be there. They was not informative or attentive. They seemed like they was there just waiting for the day to be over. This store will not get any of my money.

Very rude both guys not willing to help. They don’t even speak not very helpful. They look at you look why are you here? They charged me for a service they could not provide very dry personality and zero customer service
