The wait time is ridiculous. The staff moves extremely slow, never seen anything like it. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or efficiency. Office Depot you must fix this, it's terrible.

Unbelievable wait time. What is the purpose of checking in on the kiosk when the staff ignores it. Waited 20 minutes for an "estimated 3 minute" wait line as you can see in the photo was......non existent

Had to wait almost 25 minutes to get one item laminated.... wtw? Slower than the tag office. They put your name in a "Q".... if you need anything and need to come bring reading material...
