I would give a negative 10 if that was possible the worst customer service i will NEVER spend another dime in the store on Salem rd Conyers! Im 67 walk with a cane and have trouble walking i went in there and purchase antI freeze the big jug as I tried juggling carrying the antifreeze and walk with my cane the man behind the counter didn't greet me or try to help me carry the antifreeze just stood looking down at his cash register while I hobbled to cash register he didn't even try to help me carry it out as I'm in tears trying to walk a kind young customer came in the store and helped me to carry out the antifreeze to my car I will never walk in the store again !!!!!'

Walked into the store early morning on 12-27-23. There were literally no other customers in the store. Told the cashier THREE TIMES that I was ready to check out. He continues cleaning the windows outside. As if he didn’t care about our time. My son, had to go outside and tell him again that we needed to check out so we can get to work. Just ridiculous customer service. I guess the window cleaning was more important than the only paying customer he had in the store. Save yourself the hassle….

I went in the store needing help. There were 3 workers there, 2 were busy. One worker just looked at me and watched me stand there needing help for 15 minutes and never even said a word!

Check your car parts before leaving the store. I bought some brake pads, but the wrong brakes pads were in the box. Some how they were switched out.

I usually have a good experience at this location. Went there to get brakes for my car and the manager and another employee have an extremely loud argument behind the counter in front of the other customers....about checking out customers. Finally paid for the parts, ready to install them and guess what.....wrong parts. SMH

My car battery was dead and parked in the Ingles parking lot across the street from O'Reilly's. Andre assisted us, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was back running properly. He assisted me in taking my battery out and putting it back in. He is a great example of stellar customer service. Thanks for your help Andre!!

Assistant manager Dre very rude and unprofessional I walk in and he is on FaceTime with a female talking and was going back and forth finally after hanging up then proceeds to help the sweet lady that checked me out . I called and they were suppose to order my part for me never was ordered and the assistant manager didn’t seem to care or anything worst experience I have ever had will never step foot in that place again . And to top it all off as I’m walking out he proceeds to mock me

In my opinion, we are very helpful. We will go outside and help customers while some other automotive retailers won’t. We definitely try to get you all your needs the very first time and make suggestions on your project.
