“Great and quick to stop to do packages. Only issue I’ve had is I was told they only accept five packages at a time, which is untrue. Especially when I’ve watched people come through here with boxes to ship that need labels printed.”

“Just renewed our passport today. Valerie assisted us. When we arrived I didnt have my child's birth certificate, totally my fault. Valerie permitted us to complete the process and then go home to get my child's birth certificate and return for my receipt. I know this put her out so I'm extremely grateful that she let us do it that way. I've been to this location for other things and I've received helpful friendly service. I recall once trying to send a large framed bit of art and the worker who assisted me went and found a box to use that was just about big enough and helped me alter the box to fit. It ended up taking a while but she was sweet and patient with me the whole time while also assisting others. This was a while back so I dont recall her name but wanted to share.”
“I went to this location get a passport. I had an appointment and arrived early. I was informed that their camera is down and I was referred to the CVS down the street to get the photo taken. Afterwards, I returned to the post office and got the passport application take care of. There was only one person up front and she was very efficient for working by herself. 1 star was deducted for the inconvenience of the camera not working.”
