“Excellent customer service! I consistently have fairly complicated transactions and each agent is patient and often offers better solutions than I’d thought of! Even when they are busy, they move the line efficiently. I am always greeted and served with a smile! They have nothing to do with the service we get at home so the reviews about package delivery are especially unfortunate.”

“Great and quick to stop to do packages. Only issue I’ve had is I was told they only accept five packages at a time, which is untrue. Especially when I’ve watched people come through here with boxes to ship that need labels printed.”
“Paula Glenn from USPS went above and beyond to help me receive my daughter’s graduation dress. Due to an error in the address number, the package was not delivered correctly, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She even assisted on a Sunday to make sure I got the package in time for such an important occasion. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and dedication. Thank you so much, Paula!”

“I recently had a not so pleasant experience with two of the staff members at the counter. Because I care and believe in holding people and institutions that I spend money with accountable, I filed a complaint. I fully expected the complaint to disappear and never actually hear back on it. But thankfully, I was wrong.
The reason I am now leaving a 5-star review is because the new manager of this office- Rochelle (hope I’m spelling it right) called me not once, but twice over a holiday weekend to address my concerns. She made no excuses for how I was treated and took full accountability. Sad to say this is growing rare nowadays, but made me appreciate the effort even more. She took over this office months ago and is up for the challenge of turning things around to ensure clients have a more pleasant experience going forward because she acknowledges that the clients are who keep the doors open and payroll coming.
To anyone reading this that has had issues w these particular office over the years, I challenge you to reach out to her or file a complaint instead of leaving a negative review (if you want something done about it).
