The Deli department, where they serve hot food, make substantial, cut meat, etc is terrible. The customer service has declined over the years. The employees are rude and very abrupt. I asked one of the deli employees how long would it be for more rotisserie chicken to come and she looked at me, continued to do what she was doing then several seconds later said 25 minutes and walked off. I may as well go to Walmart and pay less money for the same poor experience. The store manager needs to take a deep dive into the employees.

Publix is ALWAYS a pleasure to go to.95%of their workers are really helpful and polite. This day, in particular, was different. The woman and man behind the counter act as if they didn't want u to ask questions and as if they just didn't want to be at work.

This publix was very slow when it came to transferring to different departments. I called up there to check a item at the meat department and it took forever to get somebody on the line then I called for produce and still nobody picked up. I called customers service to check in with the departments so she transfer me to the meat department somebody picked up but then they went to go check the item and it took at least like 10 minutes. Horrible customer service .

I love this Publix! Clean store and for the most part, very friendly. One manager is very nice and helpful while another isn't. Cashiers are okay. Sometimes you have a bad day so... I bypass all stores near me to come here. Except smh THE DELI!!! The deli. Beware of the DELI!! Very, Very, Very SLOW! Short staffed. Corporate should come out and have training sessions. They are NOT helpful either. They close at 9 but start packing up around 7. Staff ignores you. Two days ago, a lady next to me wanted the hot food which was full of everything; fried chicken, tenders, fries, everything. But they didn't want to serve it to her. After waiting about 15 minutes and asking for help, an employee approached her to let her know it was closed. She asked what they were going to do with all of the left over food and the guy just walked away. She waited and waited while all the employees stared at her. No one wanted to help her. Every employee gave looks and some stated they didn't know, it wasn't their department. Although, they work at the Deli making wraps and sandwiches. Some cutting meat. Finally a lady walks over and she's able to order what she wanted. She didn't complain to the manager which is wild. I would have!! They're always out of something. It could be the lettuce, tomatoes, olives or whatever. Unsanitary as well. A few weeks ago I went there and EVERYTHING was mixed together. Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and whatever they had THAT day all in one pile. If you wanted it, they would of had to pick through the pile to find it for you. No one wants to do their job there. You'll definitely stand in line for 30+ minutes waiting on a sandwich/wrap or any food for that matter. Deli not it but overall, its a nice Publix.
