I shop at rainbow regularly. I am a plus size. Sometimes I find what am looking for however I can't get to try them on until I get home....what if it's too close or you need more room. Am just saying please reopen the room where we can try the clothes on. Thank you

I love shopping at Rainbow. You will definently catch a nice deal on something lovely. However, this location it can be very hard looking for clothing that you would want. There is plenty of a selection, but this location is beginning to look more like a thrift store.

The Store Associates are not Customer Service Friendly at ALL at this location. You can nver tell if they WORK here or they shoppers. Not a good welcoming atmosphere ?

First time shopping at this location and this will likely be my last. I was not greeted when I walked into the store nor was I spoken to at all while I was there. When it was time to check out, the slimmer store associate with braids did not say a word to me. No total amount, no thank you for shopping here, which was very rude. I will not be returning.

Older lady I’m assuming is the manager needs a refresher on how you talk to people. She talked to customers & staff like she’s in a rush & we taking up her time…..could of been a bad day but that’s not my problem. You don’t bring that to your place of business. She’s probably the reason staff will quit.
