I've been with a lot of other Banks big Banks and little Banks. The regions no doubt is my favorite Bank. Always courteous , very professional and helpful with anything I need. Just an awesome Bank all the way around.

My banking representative was Jesse Crittenden. He was extremely helpful and thorough in making sure he understood my business banking needs. He walked me through the process, reviewing my current needs and providing options for as I grow. I felt understood and empowered. I am very pleased to have switched my accounts to Regions bank.

Created a account online, Went to a regions that was near me made a check deposit, funds was available the next day but i did not have my bank card yet I went back to the branch and JAYSON MILLER, was GREAT! i was in and out not only did he get me a bank card right then and there he made sure i was enrolled for online banking and made it able for me to access my funds! I'm truly happy to be with regions now!... Thank you.

I wish I could give negative stars. This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service clerks are robotic. They charged me $20 to cash a check that someone who banks with them wrote to me. That bank teller said that they charged this fee because I don’t have an account with them. Maybe if you didn’t charge people to cash checks written by a regency bank customer then maybe you’d have so many customers that you wouldn’t have to charge this fee to make money. People! Don’t ever bank with regions bank. I assure you you will regret it if business is conducted in this way at all of their branches.

Has to be the worst bank on earth. The phone rings and rings and rings when they finally get on the phone you will magically get disconnected - call back to finish the task - no one will help. I am looking into a class action lawsuit and making a police report as they continue to draft my account on disputed items from the same business AND Ive opted out of overdraft, left only 12 cents in the account, and closed the card - but they extort money out of me by going ahead and processing non authorized drafts and expecting me to pay them.

I have banked with regions for 3-4 years now. I have never had an issue and they always answer my questions. I recently had to dispute a charge that was unauthorized and they got the dispute done in an unthinkable amount of time! I expected to wait 30-45 days as with most banks but it didn't even take a week! Thank you Regions!!

Do not, I repeat, do not bank with Regions. If you want your rightfully owned money to be yours don't do it. My money has been on hold for a week now! This bank is disgusting and very unprofessional.

Line is long and only 1 person is working the counter. Customers have to return from lunch breaks and don't want to spend their entire lunch break in the bank. This is getting ridiculous!
