There was a sensor tag left on a shirt I bought at another Ross. Katrina the manager was the one who was helping me and refused to take it off. It’s been a very long time since I countered a customer service rep with such a bad attitude. She was horrible. Refused to take it off!
After standing in line with a four-year-old and a two-year-old for approximately 10 minutes and then having to deal with her and not getting my problem solved makes me rate the store as a one. If that is their manager, they really need rethink their hiring process.

This place have horrible customer service.they have a hoodrat that works their named ms.emory that just plain out cussed customers in the store,also she cussed at employees in front of customers

The manager at this location refuses to let staff leave building to help customers load things in cars, even if it's parked at the front of the store

Had an item priced at 3.99 got into checkout, the employee says they forgot to split the package. I left my cart there, your failure to do your job is not my issue. They should have honored the price since it was their mistake.

Will not return due to bad customer service. Employees are not friendly nor inviting to the store. Seems as if everyone hates to be working there.

I'm a Ross junkie. I shop there damn near everyday. I frequent the Ross by Northpoint mall, but they NEVER have enough clothes or cute clothes for the pluse size. You can't find anything. Now recently, I started shopping at the location on Holcomb Bridge in Alpharetta. I've been finding bits a piece, cute too. I think in January, I had to have went to at least 4 stores and it paid off. I was loving it!!!
