Never coming here again! I come here every week to fill up my gas tank. I am a part of the Shell Rewards program where one can get up to 50 cents off a gallon. This week I had ten cents off a gallon. For some reason, this gas station deliberately programmed their gas pumps where one cannot enter their information for their rewards membership (card number and phone number as an alternate ID), and force you to go inside to pay. I know what my balance is. I had ten cents off per gallon. The younger guy who was on his phone when I approached him, and seemed bothered that I explained what the issue was when I told him I was unable to pay by the pump. He DELIBERATELY put in five cents off! I told him my balance was not that, and he just stared at me blankly as if to say, "SO?" Rude!
I will NEVER come here again! Rude customer service from this guy and scammy! I know some reading this will think it's a low amount however it's the principal behind it. I am never coming back here after almost ten years of always spending my money on gas here. I came here due to the location and friendliness of the store personnel. Bad experience today.

I had a bad experience tonight. The clerk wanted to tell me how to spend my $20 that I had won. I'm sorry that's not how you run Establishmen The owner there is really nice so nice. The day crew are also nice people.
