Bad business! Gave them a deposit for a set of rims that were suppose to arrive next day. I never got the rims, they blocked my number and wouldn’t refund!

ILL JUST LIST WHAT HAPPENED:
1.) MY WIFE TAKES HER SUV TO TIRE MAX TO GET NEW BRAKE PADS THEY BRAKE A SENSOR AND WOUDLN'T REPLACE IT.
2.)BEFORE WE CONFIRM THEY BROKE THE SENSOR IT TAKE MY CAR AS WELL FOR NEW BRAKE PADS THE THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY BRAKE CALIBER BOLTS IN THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE.
THIS TIRE MAX IS NOT CAREFUL AND DOESN'T RESPONSIBILTY FOR THERE MISTAKES.

BOUGHT USED TIRE AND ITS NOT SAFE.
AFTER SOME RESEARCH THE TIRES WERE RECALLS THE D.O.T. NUMBER REMOVED. CANT USE GOING TO DISPUTE MY TRANSACTION AS THEY TOLD NE AFTER I PAID NO WARRANTY ON USED TIRES. NOT EVEN A HOUR LATER AFTER BUYING. money hungry well you lost my business for good.
Plus they didn't ballance my tires until I asked if they did and they said no we don't ballance them. Not happy at all.

They have terrible service, they have screws,nails, and other debris on the ground in front of the shop. I was left in the hot sun to bake and was skipped over and the guy showed me a tire and I said ok he later said that he gave me a different tire that I never saw. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOU IF YOU ARE -“NOT”- MEXICAN OR CAUCASIAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I was desperate and drove a few miles on the flat only to make it there in time to get ignored.
