“The company I work for (Construction Resources) leases our trucks from Penske. I had some issues with mine as I was headed into work yesterday. I brought it to Penske Conyers to get it looked at. The technician that looked at it, DJ, was wonderful. I was planning to stay and wait for it, but after a while he let me know that it was going to take longer than expected, but it would be fixed this weekend. I called this morning and he said he had it done. Everyone that I dealt with up there was great. They all handled things exactly like they should. Would definitely recommend Penske Conyers.”

“Simply process and the fella that operates the place is really cool. Watched him assist a lady that messed up her online transaction and he handled the situation with patience.”
“I needed a rental to recover my deceased brother's tools. I was referred to this location and I can see why! Courtney was very helpful and super friendly. She walked me through every step of the rental process and was professional and thorough every step of the way. I returned the 16ft truck back when she had already left but in the morning I called when I realized I was missing my car keys. Courtney had her service technician, James if I can recall correctly, go through the cab of the rental and there it was! Courtney swiftly reached out to me and saved me a whole key replacement fee. She is super awesome. If you have your own business and need a rental.. go to this location. Also the truck that we used was surprisingly well serviced. No complaints at all! Thank you Courtney and James! Stellar work!”
“I made my reservation the night before for a 12' truck. Although the trucks were reserved, Craig offered me an equivalent van that got the job done. He lent me his hand truck for free and charged me less than I expected with discounts and insurance included. His wife and I inspected the van together. She pointed out things I didn't spot which gave me peace of mind. Overall great visit. I would come back again.”
“Absolutely best Customer Service hands down! Friendly, helpful and SMILING!!! So pleased to have a calm experience for such a large trip! The truck looked Brand New!! Location was so clean & organized!”
