I have no idea why everyone who works there acts like they are bothered by patrons providing them business! Such ugliness... This has now happened multiple times, with the same attitude by all I have engaged with each time. I will be going out of my way to use another UPS store!!!

Visited this location today to have something returned back to Amazon. I had a large box employees in the store wouldn't help open the door .Get to the counter employee didn't speak and wasn't greeted by anyone in this store . I really don't understand the bad attitudes. Will say this is black owned based on the way they treat you.

I always come to this particular
USP store, in Conyers on 212, and they always do a great job. The employees are very kind, polite, and respectful. They know their jobs and I always have a great experience coming to this location.

It's a normal UPS store. I get good service 99% of the time. Sometimes they're busy, and sometimes they're understaffed, but that's completely normal these days. They're doing their best, and they definitely don't get paid enough. The people leaving 1-star reviews are outside of their minds. This place is completely fine, not exceptional, but not bad at all.

Always friendly and easy pickups at this location. The gentleman behind the counter always assists with packages to your car if needed without asking. Love the services they provide beyond and above.

I recently moved to Georgia and found this UPS location to be the best I've been too. Normally I wouldn't write a review on mailing services, but the gentleman and lady are so helpful.

Do not go here if you need something delivered quickly. I was out of state in Florida and needed a package urgently delivered to a UPS store near me. I chose next day air shipping and had someone drop the package off at dawn that day. It’s now been two days and the package has yet to arrive. There is no weather delay or IT outage. The next day shipping cost $100. I’ve also had to extend my hotel as well as rental car and have now spent a couple hundred dollars because of their incompetence. Called the store all day to speak to someone and have been sent to voicemail every time.
Stay away from this place. They don’t value your money or your time

Got there just now at 5:54 and they’d locked the door. Check other reviews, they do this pretty often. Every time I come here, it’s bad. Attitudes are bad, I always feel like I’m bothering them when I try to give them business. I’ve come here before and found them closed because it was RAINING (yet somehow the other UPS store in the area managed to stay open). I am heading there now and every other time because it’s open til 7 and they act like they want business.

Wonderful store with even better people! They provide excellent service and have always been welcoming and friendly, helping with any needs we have. The staff here treat you like family and run things with an “old school” approach, which I find most delightful. We need more folks and businesses in this area that treat their customers this way. I am very thankful to have them close by and will remain a very loyal customer! Keep up the EXCELLENT work!!
