There is never
enough counter help,
especially in the morning. The single
person working is trying her best to
serve quickly, but there are usually more than 8 people waiting at any given time. This is everyday! Frustrating!!!

Love to nickel & dime. Go to a different location.
Edit: I worked in a mail center for about 10 years. A free Amazon return means free. You go to this store and they try and bully you into paying for unnecessary boxes, packs, tape etc…

Could I leave zero stars? This store figures out a way to con customers out of money. I had a gift packaged in a bubble mailer, they made me buy a box. Free Amazon return? Not so fast! Yes, it’s in the original packaging and shrink wrapped, but you’re going to need to purchase a mailer from them. I HATE this store! I will drive out of my way to visit the UPS store on 212.

The customer service here is terrible! Avoid if possible! The UPS Store, 2890 GA-212 A, Conyers, GA 30094 is only a few miles away. The store is cleaner and the staff is far more polite and professional.

I use this place for Amazon returns. Location is convenient for me. The place can be very busy and sometimes I leave and come back later. I have been there when there have been computer failures and had to come back. Overall I am pleased because they do most of the work to get the Amazon package returned.

When you end your comcast internet subscription they ask you drop the equipment off at your local UPS store. Unlucky me this is the closest one to me. They refuse to take my equipment back. I even tried to show the two workers the email that clearly indicates I have the right equipment that must be returned and this is one of the places to return them to yet they wouldn’t even look at the email. Very lazy workers and totally incompetent. Please stay away.

Very sad to write a review of this store but the RUDENESS of the supposed owner is really intolerable. I came here for a service and when I asked the gentleman why he was serving other customers before me, without any explanation, he said to me he didn’t need to explain his process to me as a customer, and would no longer serve.
When I asked for the manager or store owner, he said he is the store owner, which made his behaviour even worse to comprehend. We thus travelled to another store for service. I’m so HORRIFIED AT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I decided to take his image and the store front to REPORT THEM to their corporate group office. I wish I had read the Google Reviews from other customers before coming here!!

I needed help moving a package inside the building to return it and it was heavy (38 lbs). They refused and offered a cart. I was struggling to put it in the cart, again it was HEAVY and I could not do it by myself. A stranger outside had to help me load the cart.
