The manager's behavior towards me while seeking assistance was disrespectful. I found it unacceptable that he hung up on me twice. Despite my professionalism throughout the interaction, when I inquired about his name, he simply identified himself as "the manager." I urge that this individual not lose his job but rather receive additional training in hospitality and customer service. Thank you.03/19/2024 6:34pm

If I could put no stars I would. The customer service of one young lady was so rude and awful some of us in line were just appalled. I understand that that people get overwhelmed but you take a step back and think about your actions or let someone else take over. If you have personal issues or problems that are that bad change your shift or something, just don’t take it out on your customers because you represent that company.

There is so much to say but much of my complaint is already posted over and over again with the customer service at this location. It’s clear management or ownership of this location has multiple opportunities with respect to engaging with customers and towing the line or crossing the line of being rude. I offer a solution based on my horrid experience and the experience of others. If you have a bad experience at this location your reviews only get you obvious scripted disingenuous , half hearted apologies. That is evident because the behavior and treatment given hasn’t changed. I would recommend complaining to corporate using the store location to address your experience . It’s nice to have this location but if I have to drive further for better service as others have noted . I will

After waiting through a ridiculous line, I get to the counter and my package needs a piece of tape. I'm told I need to pay $1.50 for it... It's the principle... Ridiculous! Really, 1.50 for 8 inches of tape?! The owner of this store is greedy. This was reported to UPS corporate and they didn't seem to be in line with this nickel and dime tactic, and I will be reporting to BBB as well. Y business will need to go to another store.

I went in to print copies in color. I needed 127 copies and selected print in color. I did everything correctly according to the instructions provided and it still printed in black and white. The store manager Harish stated it was my fault for not asking for assistance and that I was supposed to select the printer with color. None of the instructions on his paper states that I needed to ask for assistance when printing color nor that I needed to select the “color printer.” This is ridiculous as it makes me look like an unruly customer but in actuality his instructions are not detailed in a manner to help customers.

I usually enjoy my experience once I come here but today was not cool.The younger Caucasian lady mid-40s was very rude and had no patience. Please train employees better.we live in a society where you have to have people skills and patience.

These people in here are MONEY HUNGRY. I felt like I was bargaining. They will try to charge you for a piece of tape to seal a package for Amazon. I don’t even have to box my package according to the instructions. The man tried to tell me “this is what Amazon tells us to do and this started two weeks ago”…. Amazon tells you to CHARGE people to use a piece of tape… are you going to charge me to use a pen? I normally don’t stop at this one but I’ve never been charged to tape a box when I didn’t need my return in a box to begin with. Yes I’m aware it says to make sure the ITEM is sealed (which it was).

This older lady that was working in the UPS store. I did not get her name, but she has glasses with long hair. She was alone on November 28, 2023 at 9 o’clock this morning. She was extremely rude to me. She threw my package down would not wrap it. She said she would do it later and toss my item on the ground like it wasn’t important I asked her cause she wrap it. It would take less than two minutes she told me NO! Her exact comment to me was I hope that made you happy. I wish you would’ve just trusted the process. She was definitely being racist because there were other people in line that were white and she was more than happy to help them but not me this is not an employee that should be working for the UPS store being racist to customers that don’t have good customer service I would not recommend the store at all, and there were other witnesses there that watched her behavior. She could be my mother And she was disrespecting another human being the way that she did. Is truly sad that this is what the world comes down to

I visit this store very frequently but today that changes!!! The way the lady spoke to me at the counter was very rude and nasty! It was like she was trying to literally embarrass and belittle me with a store full of people. She tried to argue with me about the brightness on my phone when the scanners literally take a few seconds to scan EVERY TIME I GO! I explained that my phone was as bright as it could go and she said “what do you want me to do? You want me to stand her and scan it all day!?” At that moment I should have have her a mouthful but I kindly said “please don’t do that”. She continued to be rude and dismissed me by saying “well you need to figure it out! Go down there and let her do it“ I was honestly in shock because I have been here numerous times and THE SCANNER has done the same thing NUMEROUS TIMES, with the same lady and I have never gotten this from her. I went to the next counter and as I’m patiently waiting for the other young lady to finish with her customer, she decides to make an announcement while cutting her eyes at me “everybody make sure your brightness is up!” Long story short this lady was able to scan it almost immediately. I’m not sure if I was more embarrassed that she spoke to me that way or that I did not curse her out like I should have. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AFTER TODAY
