Meka was amazing! After dealing with Comca$t for a total of 12 hours both calling and in store visits…I came across the street to Verizon. My attitude wasn’t the greatest due to a high level of frustration from horrible service with Comca$t.. but upon entering the Verizon , Meka greeted me and assured me that she would take care of me. I was in the store a total of 30 MINUTES flat..left with my home router and everything works great!!!Thank you again for your patience and excellent service Meka!!!

Severely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes 3 times and had to walk out due to other meetings that I had scheduled. Also went against my request to not have water protection as well as assisted setup which resulted in a $60 charge. I specifically requested that not be added to the total, during my initial visit. I had to send my assistant to the store because they didn't answer the phone for 2 days. I was also told that I would receive a call when my device arrives and never did, hence why I called. I will not be returning to this location for any reason and I suggest that if you are in need of prompt, curious service, to find another location.
