I attempted to call Volume after trying to get one their drivers attention to inform him that his trailer was riding on the tires. This was right at 5pm and not only was there to answer the call, all the mailboxes were full. As a driver, independent, myself, this really is unacceptable. Where is the support system for your drivers??

I work for volume transport in 2019 as far as trucking companies go it's a good company there's always some kind of problem with every trucking company most dispatchers tell you what you want to hear but overall it's a good company

Driver of truck 226313 (USDOT 445219) hauling trailer CB 50743 through Virginia towards Charlotte, NC, on 05 October 2024 was the most aggressive driver and hateful person I have ever had the displeasure of sharing the road with. Followed everyone far too closely and was quick to honk at anyone not doing his preferred speed (about 15 over the speed limit through most of Virginia). Should not be allowed in a truck.

With me, first impressions are a very serious matter. With that being said today when I went to look at my truck for the first time with this company I swear I wanted to just get in the car a leave back home to Florida, it was just that bad. I'm very disappointed with what they wanted to issue me.

Mallisa is two faced she will smile in your face and talk behind your back. She went out of her way to give a bad review about me to another company that I work for now and she turned around and tried to give my information to a friend of hers at another company, now if that’s not two face I don’t know what is lol ?

This company is the most dispicable company ever. They claim to be a family oriented family, but yet they fired a guy who was out with his dying 13 year old grandson who had cancer.
Keep in mind this guy kept in touch with them regularly to make sure everything was good and they assured him it was, but these snakes showed their true colors!!!
Stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere!!! Find a company who truly describes what they offer what they say they do and represent!

This driver flashed his high beams when I passed him and continued to flash me when I got in front. If you have road rage issues you don’t need to be operating an 18 wheeler. Stay home and contemplate on why you’re so angry.

Their drivers have road rage issues. I was getting over in front of one of their trucks a few minutes ago on I95 in Palm Coast Fl to exit while still giving them plenty of room. They got over but still never passed me until I got into the exit lane. Then the driver proceeded to blow his horn and flip me off. Not very professional at all.

2 stars is about the best I can do at the moment.....42 cpm +.10 per diem only $13.00 for unloading, loading, pre tripping and post tripping. Net somewhere between $975- $1350....and they don't give raises.....??♂️nothing has changed yet....some drivers still haven't gotten raises even after being here over a year of employment.

It's a good place to workThey are a basic trucking company with out a lot of thrills and frills . .they are improving on there truck quality from international, Volvo to Kenworths , freightliner. The staff of logistics managers keep you busy as much as you wish to work . There are good days and a few slow days or only 200 or 300 Miles trip . Just need to roll with the punches. The shop does well being able to service your truck and they have a safety lane for trailers for service or repairs just have to stop by for about 30 minutes to have a quick.look over .The people in the front office do their best to accommodate drivers mechanics. Fleet managers , sales customer service. All of the staff that work behind the scenes
