Yall sent a text 13 minutes ago that the photos were ready for pickup yet I get here and the photo area is closed for the next 15 to 20 min. Ridiculous that no other worker can grab what has my name on it.

I have no idea what's going on at this Walgreens now but Shame on You. On hold for 39minutes only to be picked up and hung up ON Twice now. Get some REAL EMPLOYEES that want to work. This is ridiculous, ok make that 3 times. WHERE IS YOUR MANAGER?

Pharmacy is terrible. They don’t answer calls. Don’t fill prescriptions unless you are there.

Refused to answer the phone. Pharmacy staff picks up the phone and and hangs up. Im so sorry my walgreens closes in covington. Im really considering switching Pharmacies.

While the pharmacy is always busy, I appreciate that the pharmacist Arsany, always takes the time to speak to me. The assistants are friendly and usually have my prescriptions ready.

Absolutely absurd! As an extremely patient person, but one with anxiety, I went to pick up my medication. After waiting for about 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that I was at the drive-through finally, a young unexperienced young lady came to assist me. It was clear that she was being trained however, I explained that I had to be to work as well as I was having an anxiety attack and been waiting for my medication for a very long time which they did not have and I had to wait for it for days Now that the medication was in the head pharmacist decides that he’s going to train and employee while I was sitting there begging for my medication. I was very respectful and asking if they could train during the next interaction with their customers, but as of me, I was having an anxiety attack and been waiting for my medication and really needed it. I was completely ignored, not answered, not responded to not looked at they just Continued to train and left me in the window waiting for my medication for maybe another 20 minutes. oh wow, showing this young lady the computer system and how to read my medication‘s and so on and so forth I understand that employees need to be trained, but it’s also important to understand the clients in which you serve. Meaning, if someone was having a heart attack at the window, would you be trying to give them their medication or be trying to train an employee.
