The people & manager don’t know how to fully functional bank. Takes forever to get in & out, there slow, & there’s barely anybody working there. This is the only bank in the area & they are always busy they need to hire more employees since there’s not two wells fargo locations anymore.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. In line now with 14 people waiting. 1 Teller for inside and 1 Teller at the window. 4 or 5 other Wells Fargo employees. No one stepping in to help this one lady.

Closed our checking account here in favor of our better one. (Regions) Man yall are one sorry, greedy bank. Charging people $10 fee if they drop below $500. Guess they need more on top the millions they already rob people on home loans.

This is the WORST bank ever! Only 1 person working front counter and 1 person working drive through. The other 2 employees behind the counter just stand around. No one helps the young man to get the wait time down. Why are you even here if you're not going to work?!?!

This branch is one of the worst branches I have ever visited at any bank EVER!! The tellers are super rude and try to tell you that they can’t take deposits because you have too many. Trying to force you to use a drop box that you have repeatedly told them that you can’t use. There was one gentleman who helped me that didn’t even know what he was doing but still asked for help and went above and beyond. Other than him the rest of the team is no help at all and very rude. If we didn’t have to use them I would never visit this establishment EVER AGAIN!! Corporate really needs to look into this because this can’t be a representation of what the company stands for.

Completely mismanaged with inept employees. If you leave any paperwork with them you can kiss it goodbye, it goes down a black hole and they act like they've never received it. Even when confronted face to face they deny it in front of the manager. Just the worst!

Visit this location on 4/01/23 and Kevin Blackwell was the banker I met with. If your want to know how little your business mean to Well Fargo try stopping by here. This is the worst I have ever been treated by someone who has my money. It got to the point where I said maybe I should take my business elsewhere and was told ( That’s Fine ) all over trying to add my son to my checkings account or start a new one for him. We Mr. Blackwell I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Make sure you have a good 45 minutes to wait in line for a teller to acknowledge you. Be prepared for a series of ridiculous and loud questions to be asked of you as well. I have been an account holder since the late 90s. After presenting my ID, inserting my debit card, and entering my pin number, I have been asked to announce my account balance to the teller to verify my account. Only at this branch and by the same unprofessional teller.

Wells Fargo is a very good bank and I have been a customer for about 30 years. But entering the lobby at this branch you will experience a bit of rudeness, ignorance, hostility and arrogance.I stopped by on Friday the 14th of October 2022 to get some business documents notarized. Mr. Galan told me they had no one to do it, and asked me to go next door to the UPS store. Even the branch manager came out to support his employee's idea of sending me to a UPS store instead of another branch. This branch is definitely clueless about what giving back to the community is all about. Why should I go to a UPS store if my bank can do it for free?Well I drove half a block on Hwy 138 to another branch and the mood was completely different. I was welcomed in with a smile and the job was done in less than ten minutes. Now that is customer service.

Fantastic experience! I recieved a call today about somebody trying to cash a fraudulent check from our company for over $2,700. The teller caught it immediately and verified with me that it was in fact fake. Thank you a million times over. This teller deserves a raise and a pat on the back from the branch manager!

Drive thru was really slow. Had 3 lanes open, 2-3 cars each in each lane. I had 2 cars in front of my lane. I was depositing money, as well as the car in front of me. Took 45-50 mins. I recommend hitting other wells fargo banks.
