As a woman, walking into an auto shop can sometimes feel intimidating—but that was not the case here. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and heard. No pressure, and the most important thing, I definitely did NOT feel like I was being taken advantage of!
The team was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. They made sure I understood my options before moving forward. That kind of transparency is rare and so appreciated.
On top of that, they were super accommodating and genuinely seemed to care about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.
It’s such a relief to find a place I can trust with my car and feel confident recommending to others—especially other women who want to feel respected and taken seriously.
