I went in to get a phone on my mom’s account. Everyone was so helpful JT, King, and there was young lady with braids they were all so nice and helpful I would go here any day any time!!

Visiting this store, left me disappointed. They can sell you merchandise but can't take it back. You have a 45min one way drive way in order to return equipment if you want to get your money back. This includes the excess equipment they sent me I didn't want or need for my installation. The store is clean. The staff was anything but friendly. Atleast they immediately knew where to go. Too bad they won't or can't accept it in store. Horrible marketing strategy, make it too much work for the customer and they will eventually give up.

This store...beware. needed a replacement phone which I got. Was paying $60 a month before this visit. When the bill came it was almost $300. The sales guy had 1) added a line I was not aware of 2) took unlimited off my phone and added to this new mystery line, which meant my line was using data, etc. Although Xfinity customer service fixed it, it was such a violation of my account.

Complete and total incompetence. Too concerned with playing lewd music at obnoxious volumes to do their job properly. Simple task of returning a cable box, and they trashed my entire account and disabled all my cable boxes. 12 hours dealing with support and they cant even fix it. Stay far far away.

The worst experience ever!!! I regret switching from Metro Pcs whom, I never had a problem with, but just because of some new phones. I switched it's been 4 days and my daughter still have no service, the first customer rep, said someone else stole her account and didn't finish my set-up. Furthermore, I have gone back and forth to the Xfinity store and Metro. Honestly, at this point, I will probably catch a case, until the root work I'm about to throw on Xfinity kick in. Also, my elderly mother in Boston, switched to this raggedly company, that locked her in a 2 year contract, she also regret, leaving metro and had the same issue. How is it possible this level of incompetency exist in such a big company? I despise this company and cannot wait to switch the first chance I get. Because this is a big company they have a monopoly, on abusing consumers. This company is deceptive, and dishonest. Their time will come.

My wife went to this location to get Xfinity cable, internet and telephone installed.Now she is banned for life from using the Xfinity services. After the manager of the store installed an illegal inoperable service that included cable, internet and telephone.The service was shut off 4 times over a period of 4 days and the company is demanding $118 for this bad customer service experience

The manager of this place was very lazy in his conduct with me. I went in there trying to get my internet service restored on my phone and made it clear I was not trying to get a new phone. He was not trying to help me he was trying to sell me a phone. I called xfinity and they were able to restore my internet. Do better manager man

The worst Wi-Fi and service providers I’ve ever used. I haven’t even had the account two years and they’ve raised my bill twice almost fifty dollars with no warning what so ever. I would suggest you NEVER use these providers

Always new staff that don’t know s…And the once that believe they know it all were not willing to help at all. Been there few times and I always got told I need to contact the hotline. They missed out on canceling my contract so I received another bill. Mr. Antonio was arrogant and ignorant. They gave me a landline I didn’t even asked for. I couldn’t get a new cellphone because they had no idea what they had to do. Going there is a waist of time. I ended up 2 hours 45 minutes talking to the people from the hotline. But at least there they was able to help and correct the mistakes from the store. Not recommended at all.

I went in today because I dropped my phone and broke it. The store was clean, everyone greeted you, and shout out to Danny for such great customer service. I watched the rest of the staff interactions even when customers where rude they all where professional. They all greeted each and every customer as they walked in. Any who I walked out with best phone thanks Danny for your help today.

Support is located out of the country and is of little to no help in many ways. Advised me to contact the local store but did not know how to contact them. No phone number no email. My issue is i am being charged for services I do not have, have never used and never ordered. I have called them and canceled the charges the last 2 months in a row and the charges were on my most recent bill again for now a third month in a row. They are basically running a scam in my opinion. Just add charges at will and see what sticks.
