“Mr Bandy literally rescued me and my wife from the side of the road. He got us a tow to his shop, personally drove us to a hotel and is getting our car fixed so we can make it to Florida in time for our cruise. I cannot thank him enough. Please take your vehicles to him for service.

“We were traveling from Buffalo, NY to Crystal River, FL to try to beat Hurricane Milton in order to secure our home. Our RV had a flat tire and roadside assistance was hours out. We found and called CTS and reached Chandler Jones. He said if we could get there, he could certainly help us and get us on our way. We put air in the tire and drove to CTS. They were true to their word and took care of us right away. Many thanks and kudos to CTS. Highly recommend.”
“Like so many others in the reviews here, we were traveling down I-75 when our van overheated right at the Cordele exit. After some Googling I called Fraser's since they seemed to do repairs as well as towing the vehicle. I was so hesitant to send our vehicle to a mechanic we didn't know but we had no other option.
A driver arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling for a wrecker and took us to a local hotel. He was friendly and told us to call early Monday morning to check on the status of our vehicle, as we broke down on a Saturday and the shop was closed on the weekend.
I called Monday morning and they were looking at the vehicle, and by 3:45pm they had made the necessary repairs and said it appeared to be running fine, and they even offered to pick me up from the hotel as we could not find a way to the repair shop. Thankfully all that was needed was a new thermostat, but the tow bill plus the repair was much more reasonable than I had expected. I did not see any unnecessary, excess charges, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. We got back on the road, drove another 300 miles south, then a week later drove 850 miles home and never had another issue with our vehicle.
Highly recommend Mike Fraser's if you break down on I-75 near Cordele.”

“Traveling from Macon, GA and had a sensor on the fuel rail go out on my F250. Called early in the morning and they an answered and had the flatbed there quickly. Jimmy made several phone calls to track down the part to no avail. They towed it back home next day. Super honest folks! Thanks y'all!”

“After having a tire blow out that caused major damage to our travel trailer we were concerned about driving it 50 miles to a repair shop. We called Quality Auto and RV for a tow, Jason arrived within 15 minutes, evaluated the trailer and gave the thumbs up that it was ok to drive. He also provided a recommendation for a local repair shop and other travel trailer knowledge. If you ever have trouble with you car or RV while traveling through Cordele call them first. In addition, we tried paying Jason for his time and attention and he refused. We are Raving Fans!!!”
