Understaffed!!! I had an 11am appt and after waiting 40 mins to get a fullset I walked out. I wasted 40 mins of my time that I can't get back. My time is valuable. Whats the point of making an appt if your treated like a walk-in.

This the only place I have ever seen someone pull out a cheese grater to file calloused feet... Maybe not everyone knows that actually makes the callouses worse...
I also asked for stiletto nails once but said i wanted them shorter and not like daggers, but his response was that style required them to be long that way... Google images shows different.
Their knowledge and creativity as nail technicians is sub par, and I question the sanitation of this place.
I've been told this is the best place to go in town O.O Yikes!
