Hibbett Sports provides a generally positive shopping experience with a nice store layout and selection. Many customers report great service from helpful and engaged associates and management. Employees match customer energy, leading to good experiences where customers are not disappointed. However, some issues are noted, including occasional poor customer service where help is not provided. There are also instances of inventory problems, like specific shoe sizes not being available or customers receiving the wrong item, which requires an inconvenient return.
Went looking for Nike socks found them they rang up wrong display show buy one get one half price. The cashier corrected. I also went to get a shirt a Nike shirt. Long sleeve sign says 50% off particular items no items on the rack was marked, took the item to the counter the item still ringing up regular price.

This was by far my best experience at a Hibbett Sports!! The associates & management provided great service, the layout of the store as well as selection were nice (better than most stores I’ve seen from the company) and if I wished closer I would definitely be here again!!
