“What a greeting. Loved the family who I guess Owen's it , they were very friendly it just felt like it’s our home . The Rooms were clean and smell fresh. My husband said what we paid it was much worth it for the stay. And the good part is the their baby was playing in the office he was so so adorable and cute. And he said bye bye that was so cute . “I had a wonderful stay at Best Western and was treated extremely well. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk was attentive, sweet, and genuinely kind. I truly appreciated the way she treated me and made me feel welcome.
But I have to give a special shoutout to the breakfast attendant, Pooh Bear! She was an absolute sweetheart. Even though she was already cleaning up breakfast, she still stopped and asked me, “Baby, would you like something to eat?” She made sure I had some grits and sausage and even encouraged me to take a muffin back to my room if I couldn't finish it.
It's the little things like that that people remember. She didn't have to go out of her way, but she did simply because she cared. That type of genuine kindness and hospitality is rare.
Pooh Bear, please keep being exactly who you are. You made my stay extra special, and I truly appreciate you!”
