The restroom was worse than what you could imagine. I promise the only thing missing was poop smears. Pee all over the floor on the ONLY stall not out of order. Even the urinals were out of order. I would have rather went outside

Stopped here to buy gas. My boyfriend used the restroom, and for some reason the door handle on the men's restroom interior has been intentionally removed by management (I assume to prevent restroom usage without first purchasing something?). He was banging on the door trying to get out, and wasn't able to until another customer opened the door to let him out??? Upon FINALLY getting out, the woman at the counter told him he should have bought something if he wanted the door handle??? I've never left a review on anything before but we left feeling so genuinely confused and appalled that I felt the need to leave one for this place. I don't mean to sound dramatic, but if we weren't traveling as a pair and I were in his situation, I would sincerely be fearful for my life in the event that I'm seemingly intentionally trapped in a gas station bathroom with no warning and the management just outside willfully ignoring your verbal calls for help.
