WM management has been better at picking up on schedule for the last month of two. If they keep at it a few more months they may get all 5 stars. Just not yet.

There was no pick up on May 9 which is a Thursday, which is my schedule day no pick up on May 10 which is a Friday which alternate day nor on Saturday the 11th both bands are full not happy. Neither one have lids have requested new bands without any response not happy.

Took awhile to get in touch with someone but she was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. She stated on Wednesday I’d get my trash bin by Monday; it came that Friday. Trash had been picked up and left no Rubbage on the ground.

Started my service 3 weeks ago. Was told my can would be delivered on the 8th and it never showed up. I have called and spoke with someone 6 times and keep getting told it will be delivered tomorrow every time I’ve called. Today Still NO CAN!

Trash has not been picked up in 2 weeks. Sometimes trash falls from the bins and usually stays in the street after the truck has left.

Unreliable dumpster pickups. Drivers reporting pickups to management without actually making trash pickups. Management can’t seem to fix problems.

Awful service. Always leave a mess. Never pick up on time. They also broke furniture I had next to the road and just shoved the broken pieces back into my yard.

UPDATE: Skipped again-11/1/2023. App says picked up yet the "toter" is still full. I called the local Cordele WM number and spoke with the operations specialist, Anglia concerning the issue. She was extremely polite and professionally handled the situation. It was resolved before days end. Regardless of the outcome, I couldn't have have asked for better service from her.
They skip my house on a regular basis. This being 3 occasions within the year. I have no clue as to why. While not regular as in every other week but more than you'd expect. On this last missed pickup I contacted the number noted in their response to this review, chatted, and called the number on the WM website on Wednesday, 9/13 the day of the missed pickup, Thursday, 9/14 after it not being picked up, Friday, 9/15 after it not having been picked up and Monday, 09/18 after not being picked up. Again I have been assured it will be picked up tomorrow. Each time the scheduled pick-up is noted as complete on the "My Services" page around mid afternoon. WM trucks have not been down this way on any of these days. Previous times they took care of it the next day when I called. My container is always tidy, on the edge of the road, and clearly visible. UPDATE: Pickup finally occurred albeit the day before the next regular pickup.
