I dropped off a wool and leather jacket that was at least 30 years old, to be cleaned. They warned me that it may not turn out well. It was beautiful! The colors were vibrant again! I am very pleased and plan on using them again.

I dropped off my plush blanket, a gift for my mom that needed a light cleaning, and a Calvin Klein puffer that needed to be fixed by the hood part of the jacket I gave specific instructions on what I wanted did to the jacket it was not the way I wanted it couldn't be fixed. All I wanted was for them to call me before they touched the jacket that way I could've taken the whole jacket somewhere else and they would've done it the right way
Then the lady had the nerve to say I could do it myself after I paid them $34 to do it. Lmao

I have been using this cleaners since it is the only one here they do not listen I said heavy starch in my shirts comes back with none very poor business I may have to go to Gainesville to try to find a good one very poor

My husband's suits were so nice. They were cleaned and pressed and looked almost new. We have used other cleaners and when picked up they still had wrinkles in them. B&C did an outstanding job and we plan to continue using them. Great job by the staff!

The WORST experience ever. I bring my dress in to get hemmed. They told me that it would be from 15-17 dollars. I said cool when will it be done? They lady says in 5-7 days and that they will text me when it is done. Well 7 days pass by and im waiting for their message. 3pm comes around and Im worried because they close soon. So i call to see where my dress is at and they say “oh, its not here. Let me call someone.” So im panicking at this time because i have a flight to catch the next day. They said they would call me as soon as possible once they know where my dress is. 20 minutes pass by and I hear nothing. So then I called them again and they said the same thing. This happened at least three times until they told me that they would get it done the next day at 3pm. The next day comes and i call at three PM. They couldn't find it, but 20 minutes later they did. So i go and pick it up, and the seamstress writes a note that says $40. Im like WHAT that is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. So im like whatever, just take my card because im done with yall i need my dress. Then the lady says, oh i dont take card for the seamstress. So i go get cash for them. And then they explain how they are the middle man and that this was between me and the seamstress and that they have nothing to do with this. But they didnt tell me my dress was going to someone i thought i was gonna get fixed there. Then they started asking me if the seamtress and I met somewhere else but I CAME TO THIS PLACE. At this point i dont care. I dont need an explanation, all i know is I went in there dropped my dress off and everything that they had told me when i dropped my dress off did not happened when i went to pick it up.The seamstress did a good job on my dress though. BUT this experience was so messed up.
