Bath and Body works in Cornelia Ga has 2 very great employees Ms Kim and Ms Madison who will go above and beyond to give you a great shopping experience, even tho I have been a customer for a many years these 2 women are fantastic.Bath and Body works are very lucky to have them.

Well, one thing that i always like it is when i get the freebies 🤭 and that i can combine or use all my coupons at the store. But sucks because you can't have the same deal online. I'm also very happy that now the free full body care coupons or reward is for $16.95. ONE big downside is that the perfumes are way too expensive, like popular store brands i think to be Bath & Body Works the price is too high. That is why I have never bought my perfumes here.

Disappointed in the customer service when approaching the counter. A phone call was more important than checking a paying customer out. Apparently there seem to be some work stress That was trying to be sorted out and I as a paying customer had to wait for that.

We spoke with Kim on the phone at the bath and body works in Cornelia at 12:56 she was rude and asked what was that in a rude manner after patiently explaining for the 2nd time

The lady who opened the store was incredibly rude. The store was not open when I tried to open the door. I started to walk back to my vehicle, but when I realized it was only a few minutes until opening time, I turned back around to wait. As I was waiting outside, an employee came outside and told me that they “still had 5 minutes until the store opened” and that I needed to “move” because I was apparently standing in the exact spot where she wanted to put her outside table/display. It was 9:57am (opening time is 10:00am). I was already bothered by her attitude and tone so I said that it was 9:57am. She said “okay” and then shut the door in my face. I understand that in this day and age, the customer is not always right, and employees should be treated with courtesy and respect. I was more than happy to wait outside. I don’t know why she felt that she had to come and tell me “they had 5 more minutes” when she could have just let me wait and opened the door when it was time. Then, to have the gall to tell me to “move” was just jaw dropping. The employee was so incredibly rude in both words and tone, which is unfortunate because most of the employees are super sweet there. I did not expect her to let me in earlier, but I do expect to be treated with common decency. There are a million other ways she could have went about that situation. Needless to say, I left and did not spend my money there.
