The owner and her team do a awesome job helping with everything from selecting, delivery and their prices are beyond fair! I just got an electric frame delivered and someone that know in Gainesville said you will save money if you use the place I go to in Gainesville. I said I always do business with the Bed Shoppe. Thanks for the excellent personal service and please give your team a thank you as well! PS my friend paid more and almost 3 times the delivery.

Chris was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My father needed a new bed and he tried out several beds. He picked one and is very happy with his purchase. We got a very good deal. Lisa and Chris do an outstanding job supporting their customers. I had a unique issue with a 3-year-old mattress I bought, and Lisa worked to get a replacement for me without having to bring in the manufacturer, keeping additional cost to a minimum. I highly recommend these folks; they go beyond the call and in this day and time you just do not find this kind of customer service. Try them, forget the "Big-Box" furniture stores!

A couple of weeks ago, my GF and I had picked out a mattress in the show room. A few days ago she went and purchased that mattress. They loaded it into the back of her suv and she went home. That night, when we opened it, it was a totally different mattress; some sort of CBD infused something or other. The boxes have labels, but someone there had handwritten the wrong model name on it on the other side of the box. Honest mistake and they sent their guys out the next day to pick it up and bring us the correct mattress. Not a huge deal.
However, it WASN'T the correct mattress the second time. Again we opened it up a while later and found out that the one they delivered is the correct model, but in a Medium. We wanted the Plush Powercool that we checked out in the showroom. They have the Plush in the showroom mislabeled with signage for a Medium. So when she said she wanted to buy THAT mattress, they rang up what is on the sign, not what we actually laid on and liked. Now they want to charge us a $150 restocking fee for their second mistake in a single transaction. We already paid $1600 for the mattress that we didn't get! I'd say to definitely steer clear of this place if you want to actually get the bed that you picked out in the showroom.
TL/DR: We either keep this hard mattress that I don't like and we did not choose or pay $150 to correct the mistake that they made in their showroom.

Great deals and nice folks, we got exactly what we wanted and they didn’t push us to get the beds we didn’t want. So happy we left with what we needed in the same day tooWe will be back soon to get another bed for our house!Thank you!!

I knew what I wanted upon arrival at the Bed Shoppe. Even though I was only shopping for one bed, I bought two because of how great I was treated. Chantea and a young gentleman delivered my purchases. They were very careful when assembling and moving the heavy frames and mattresses. I recommend them for their knowledge and expertise in the mattress business.
