I am very pleased with the service and staff. A few months ago my mom passed and when I was at the dealership I spoke to the sales manager. He actually prayed for me and my family right there on the showroom floor. That act of care, genuine care made me a lifelong customer. I am grateful for the people there.

Brooke was super helpful at answering all of my questions (and I had a lot) and the service guys knew their stuff! We had been to numerous “mom-n-pop” mechanic shops and our car still wasn’t fixed… Ford fixed it and some of the problems were even covered under a vehicle warranty. 10/10 recommend this shop, if you want it done right the first time!

Staying Cornelia for a week on a business trip and my 19 F250 started doing a possible long start. Called Billy Cain Ford and spoke to service advisor Brooke and she got me in for diagnosis immediately. The technician ran several diagnostics dealing with fuel delivery and pressure but didn't find anything abnormal. Spoke to tech and he answered all my questions, said he didn't want to do any unnecessary repairs at this time. Tech was very knowledgeable.

We had a smoking F-350 while traveling through the area with our camper. Got there at closing, and they allowed us to wait until the morning and were able to pick up a part from another dealer and get us back on the road the next day. All the team members we encountered were helpful and courteous. Had conversations with mechanics and service manager, and all were very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate them taking care of us and getting us back on the road as quickly as possible.
