“This place is clean and convenient I wish they had more than one free vacuum to use after the car wash. A gentleman who did not wash used the free vacuum for 45 minutes to clean his truck out he had 4 kids running everywhere therefore I paid again and used the pay vacuum. Need more free vacs.”

“I’ve been a long time member of Zips and needed to cancel my membership recently. The girl was so nice and transparent about my cancellation and what to expect. Well ofcourse since I’ve canceled I’ve needed the service more than ever 😑 I had tried everything to get these paint pens off my windows. It’s been through the wash, I’ve tried twice scrubbing it at home with various things, then decided to take it back to Zips today. The same girl that I had cancel my membership (Mel) was there to greet me. However she went above and beyond after the wash failed to clear the windows. She came out with her secret weapon and scrubbed my windows virtually clean for about 45 minutes or more. She’s amazing and such an asset to this location. I’d drive the miles to see her. She’s amazing!”
