I always drop-in at this gym when I’m in the area visiting family. The staff and members are always welcoming! The workouts are awesome and the coaches are super knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I recently dropped in for the week at Crossfit Change and had the best experience. We have dropped in to many gyms in the past and the programming at Crossfit Change was excellent, but what made the week for us was the community. Crossfit Change has not only great coaches but a warm and welcoming crew. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or anyone passing through! Thank you guys for the awesome week!
