Asher, as well as the rest of the pharmacy staff, was most helpful. We were visiting from out of town and I needed help getting an emergency prescription as I left mine at home. They were much more friendly and helpful than my pharmacy at home. Highly recommend!

I think the staff here is amazing, Lisa is beyond amazing. Archer, just the whole staff. They are swamped as the only CVS around and our only option for insurance. Yes, we all have problems. But I feel the insurance companies are trying to run the Doctors, decision making etc.. and this team will fight for their patients

We travel extensively and they have been super at keeping our meds covered for lengthy trips.

Staff is much to be desired. They are rude. No one smiles. I feel weird having to go in and fill my prescriptions, but they're just so much cheaper here than everywhere else. Get it together CVS in Cornelia. You're awful.

Unkempt, unhelpful and downright rude employees. They know nothing and will just walk off instead of trying to help you.

The customer service here is just the worst, especially if you want something printed or shipped. And if the front desk clerk is busy, that act like it is a hassle for them to help you. We’ve gone so many times for convenience but at this point, it’ll be easier to just drive somewhere twice as far for these services.

The worst. My new pharmacy had me to let them know to transfer it. CVS said their protocol was for the other pharmacy to contact them. So I called new pharmacy. It is their protocol for old pharmacy to contact them. CVS said it is to make sure it goes to the right person. So, okkkaayy... if it is a nation wide pharmacy, I'm sure they are doing their job at checking ID. I have not had this problem with other pharmacies. Recommend not to use CVS!!

Can not speak to a Pharmacist. The automate phone system will not allow a customer to speak to a Pharmacist. This is terrible. If I could I would give CVS a zero rating.

3/22/24 I called in to speak with the pharmacist my call was received right away in a very courteous manner and all my questions were answered. There wasn’t any wait time.

Why on earth do they close down a pharmacy for 30 minutes in the muddle if the day ?! Even as I was standing there when they were shutting thier curtain they refused to grab it. This is the worse I have ever heard of closing for 30 minutes in the middle of the day !
