We purchased our home in north Georgia in October 2023. After living in Florida for most of our lives, our previous homes have always been all electric. Our new home has a gas fireplace, fire pit and tankless gas water heater. After looking at several suppliers of gas and looking at the reviews, we decided on Ferrell Gas. We have not been disappointed. The customer service, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable technicians have all provided exemplary service. We very highly recommend Ferrell Gas.

The first experience with Ferrellgas was nice when opening the account. Then not so nice at all. I was quoted a price on a rental small rental tank of 19.00 pr year then oops it went up to 50.00. Still a decent price but you have to get things in writing which they dont want to do. But my last experience with an on line customer service representative was very nice and easy. Some of the people who helped me want to rule with what power they think they have, and make the transaction harder than it has to be. I have been quoted a price with a representative and when the driver delivering gets there he says he makes his own price not the office. I'm glad I'm not an elderly person that thinks they have to put up with that. The man should have been fired but If his relative works for the company he will continue this behavior. Most of the on line help is very nice and helpful.

I needed some tanks filled and took them to the Ferrellgas location. The address speaks to the professionalism of this group and says it all.The person “working” (by leaning on his car texting on a cell phone) told me he was leaving for lunch soon and couldn’t do my fills. He suggested that I take them to TSC ( just across the parking lot).I am happy to say that I chose to take his good advice.The take away here is this;I realize my 3-20# and 2-30# tank fills (5 tanks total) are a small sale to them but obviously Ferrellgas could care less about your business, big or small not to mention how their price wasn’t even as good as TSC’s. Therefore I will accomidate and not bother them with my pittance needs.I suggest you think twice before you do as well.

Ordered delivery online as they like for you to do. Was at 30 percent when ordered. Delivery date was within two weeks. After about ten days when percentage was in the low teens,called customer service and was told it would be delivered by the same delivery date as original . With the coldest weather of the year coming in the next day, had to do some thing as we were going to be completely out of gas. I went to the local Ferrellgas facility and luckily caught someone there who made calls to drivers and got our gas delivered that afternoon! This is what is missing since they merged or whatever to become widespread--good customer service! We have been Ferrellgas customers for about sixteen years and never had a problem when we could talk to someone local. Now you may get someone in Minnesota or wherever who doesn't care and will give you wrong information! I rated the service as a three because the online/telephone service is a zero but the local service is a five star! Thanks to the guys in Cornelia,Ga. ,we have gas for this cold spellThank you!

CanCalled for pricing. Got the automated run around and finally getting to the pricing section, was told there would be a 10 min wait. How can they possibility be that busy? If you want my business, hire more staff

Tried setting up new service. We'll they never called back with a quote,so I tried calling back,and was on hold 4ever. So I just decided we'll take our business elsewhere to a company that wants more customers,and money. That's your lost not mine,but we're all set with a much nicer company now that actually wants,and can communicate with there customers with is hard nowadays I guess. Train your employees curtosey goes a very long ways.

Worst service possible. If you like getting transferred and staying on hold to beg for propane service, paying a $150 fee to expedite service and they still do not show up they are the providers for you! But...at least the customer service people don’t care. We fired them and went to Tupelo, suggest anyone else do the same

Great customer service!!!! Very friendly and my gas was delivered very quick. I would recommend them over any other gas company we have bought gas from. We will definitely use this company from now on!
