I asked for a pixie with an inch to inch and a half clippered over my ears and at my neckline. I didn’t have my glasses on and did not realize until I got into my car that she clippered all the way up the back of my hair. I wanted a basic cut on the top and now I cannot even use a curling iron to fix it. She was in the first booth to the left. I tipped because I didn’t know how bad it was.

This was the worse hair cut ever my hair was long and even had it cut to Shoulders, but was cut above Shoulders and it was chopped up underneath, and was boxed all the way around Had to go to a different to salon to fix it there wasn't much they could do to fix it.??

Libby was absolutely amazing! We used the app to check in online which worked wonderful. We watched the times throughout the day and they were all around an hour. Libby was very fast and efficient. There were two other ladies there working but Libby seemed to be super fast. Thank you Libby!

Angie has been cutting my hair now for about a year. She always does a great job and cuts it just the way I like it. I highly recommend her!!

I always get great haircuts, but today was even better Anna was amazing, and understood exactly what I wanted as a haircut never had that before. Definitely would go back and use her again. Great person, great service, and great customer service Update I went back here for a haircut and didn't use Anna this time I used the manager, I got the worst haircut ever and I think she was drunk or something else cause she kept on squinting her eyes. Don't know what I'm going to do now other than grow my hair out again.

have went here for about two years and got the same haircut by angie and she has been great today i went for haircut with a different barber and wanted the hair cut i always get instead i was given a buzz cut and the manager lied saying i always complained about my haircut im eleven starting middle school and this wasnt what hair cut i wanted. They also did my grandma the same way . The manager is rude and needs fired

I desperately needed a haircut. Normally I would go to the Cleveland Salon as that is where I live, but we had some things to do in Cornelia so I decided to go their, I'm so glad I did!! Libby cut my hair and did a great job! Besides being an excellent stylist she has a great personality and made my time there pleasurable.

Nice place. Usually busy on the weekend so check in online. They save haircut notes, so no matter who you get, you will still get the same great cut.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Soooo it starts with my friend taking their 3 kids to get their hair cut, and thinking it’s gonna awesome. WELL… They are wanting a shampoo and cut, and let me tell yall YOU BETTER HAVE GONE TO BEAUTICIAN SCHOOL BEFORE GOING THIER. So being a non hairstylist my friend didn’t know you can’t do major hair cuts after a shampoo, BUT LISTEN TO THIS….. Before they shampooed their youngest child, they was showing them what they wanted. Wanna know what the shampooer said,” It doesn’t concern me!” Which then when he got in the MANAGER “Karen” (do not know her name) chair she got mad at said friend, because being shampooed first. Again they tried to show the shampoo person!! So when my friend walks off, and Checks on their other autistic child. They hear her say,” this lady wants me to do this cut after a shampoo.” Again they tried to show the shampoo person, and btw “KAREN” said this loud enough everyone even the person the other hair dresser had heard it. Which is very unprofessional, they both was… So I call, and mind you I’m polite cause why be mean I ain’t matching their energy. And I said what I’m saying here, well not only does Karen only tell her side, but she TALKS OVER ME. I was trying to tell her, that her shampooer told them it didn’t concern her. Well she went quite then. I even said don’t no one want a refund because it was done decent, but you would think a manager would want to know. Given that Karen may need to go get her hearing checked, because speaking loudly may mean she’s losing her hearing. But I told her god bless and I hope her day doesn’t turn out as horrible as she made theirs. So if you want unprofessional, need a licenses to get cut (because YOU NEED TO KNOW), and be talked about loud enough for everyone to hear then sure go there!!

I want to make it known that the only reason I’m
Giving a 3 star is bc 2 of the 4 ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with today don’t deserve a 1 star rating… they get 5 stars, was nice and actually friendly. However 2 of the other two had additudes. I want to say if you don’t want to have a clients hair washed bc you know you can’t clipper with wet hair even if a client asked for a wash, all you gotta do is something like “hey I know you want me to wash and then cut however with clippers and the hair cut you want don’t do well with wet hair, is it ok with you if we skip the wash” then I would have been like yeah no problem. Bc em guess what I am not always right. But instead these two decided to have additudes about it. Say snide remarks while someone else was also getting their hair cut. I get it I had 4 people who needed a hair cut 3 of which are kids. I understand it’s a lot, but no need with the additude. Because of this I will not be coming back. And I suggest if you have a big family coming in for a cut to go some place else. I understand we all have bad days, I understand. That is why I’m giving 3 star rating. Do better!

Requested style: I just asked for it to be shaped up. The stylist only used a razor for the whole cut. And the back of my head was very thin and nothing like I asked. A friend said it looked more like a mulett cut..I'm too old for that! I wanted it trimmed so the curls would come back. Definitely doesn't do it now. Hopefully within a few more weeks, some length will grow. 1st and last razor cut for me.

The last two haircuts I had were great . Before that it was hit and miss. I have a local barber that always does a great job, but if I’m in a hurry and he is busy I will go to the local great clips and take a chance.
