Ordered a LG laundry center from the Lowe’s in Cornelia to be delivered today, and explaining that we live on a hilly driveway in Rabun county. The delivery driver refused to drive down our driveway and then called the Police, which I do not understand why. After the police arrived and attempted to explain why they called them, we were all further confused and even more frustrated. The delivery personnel were not employees of Lowe’s and barely spoke English. Your loss Lowe’s we just cancelled our $2,400 order and went with your competitor

I needed air for an unexpected flat tire. I was advised to swing by Lowes. I ask for help, I believe near the lumber end of the store. Instantly I was met with kindness and the help I needed to get back to driving. I really appreciate the agent who took the time to take care of me at Lowe's. The experience was humbling and it changed the course of my day for the better.

Not living full time in this area we were unsure the closest home supply store. Luckily Lowe's in Cornelia was the closest. We needed supplies for steps but was not at all sure what was involved. Brandon working in pros/lumber department not only helped us with supplies but also explained how and best to use them. A very knowledgeable and customer service pro. I love shopping at Lowe's the people are always friendly and helpful. Several years ago, when I was shopping there, I had a stroke. I refused to go to the hospital. I wanted to go home. They actually had an employee drive my car, and I home and another employee follow to bring them back. This could have been so much worse than it was.
But they were wonderful to me.

Madison, Walter and Matthew were awesome today and quickly loaded me up with my concrete online order!!!! They were very friendly and fast workers made the pickup go real quick, I was in and out!!! Great customer service from these 3 today !!!!

Cornelia Lowe's is usually well stocked and neat. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, but it can sometimes be difficult to find an associate in different departments.
