These people literally take the phone off the hook to avoid calls. I was actually inside the store calling, and it was continually busy with no one on it. The reason I did this was because I couldn't understand how the line is busy all day everyday. Very lazy and unprofessional.

The manager Barbara was outside smoking a cigarette and act like I interrupted her and her employee to purchase a phone. This was my first experience with her.Now for my next experience with her...I had purchased a A12 Samsung on March 14,2022 and was their within my 14 days return policy cause it has a glitch freezing up since day one.She took my phone and said it is fine.It is not fine and I have a phone that is not working correctly. Customer service is not given here from management. Has anyone else had this problem with the manager or this phone.

Went in to see about getting a phone with them, the girl did not show her face at all. She stayed behind the counter so that you couldn't see her. When I do business with someone I want face to face contact so that I know who I'm dealing with. If I wanted conversation with a wall I would go to Walmart self check. Bad, bad, bad shame on you people and the company that allows this type of customer service. I walked out and left. I guess I will check out CRICKET

I just got my dad a flip phone today and the lady there took her time in putting in all his phone numbers individually and was super patient with us and got our number from at&t super quick highly recommend

The lady named Sara says she owns the store I've had them over a year and they refuse to help me with my insurance claim and told me that I'm trash.they also shared my private information without permission I demand compensation!!!!
