Brake fluid leaking everywhere the day after having my brakes done. They also changed my tires and refused to give me back my old tires when I requested them back.

They put tires on my car to tight where it stripped the bolts and caused damage to wheel. I do not recommend them

My family has had a number of problems with pritchett. On my truck they didn't properly rotate my tires. On my mini they broke one of the plastic lift points off. And latest is that they medded up the alignment on my Dad's 2018 grand caravan,it originally pulled to the right and it now pulls to the left, which they claimed was because of the tires. Because of all this have lost business from my family who has been going there for over a decade.

Stopped for fuel and saw that I had wires sticking out of my tires. I was supposed to leave for Florida the next morning. I called up Pritchett. They had the tires in stock, could fit me in that day, and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours! I was blown away. They’ll be seeing me and my vehicles again.

I highly recommend Pritchett Tire in Baldwin, Georgia, for their exceptional service. I have been a customer with them for 35 years & their team consistently exceeds my expectations, always going above and beyond to meet my family's needs. Today, my wife arrived home to find her tire going flat. I contacted Chuck at the Baldwin store, and he promptly dispatched someone to my residence to repair the flat tire without hesitation. Worked on my brothers alignment and said they did it but they did not tell us that the front tire lower control arms are broken we found out from another mechanic and said that they should have told us because it is dangerous to drive it that way. Also said that there was no way they could have aligned the front tires.
