I am in shock about how rude Pam was upon my arrival to get my hair colored and cut. I drove over an hour and a half because I've had such a good experience in the past with the salon. There is absolutely no reason for someone to treat anyone the way that Pam treated me today! I had to walk out bc I will never have anyone talk to me that way ! Horrible !!

Great experience at Shear Perfection! The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recently moved to North Georgia and was terrified to find a new salon after 20 years with the same person.
Cecelia was great! She made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately when I sat in her chair. She listened to me and did her work. I was happy with the results, and I'm pleased to have found a new salon.

I’ve been working with Cecelia for the past few months and I’m SO happy with my hair. I came in with a mess and stubborn grays, and Cecelia has helped transform my hair to be healthy and vibrant! I appreciate how this salon educates clients and also focuses on the health of the hair and not just a certain color/look that may be detrimental to the integrity of the hair. Very professional and kind staff!!

I’ve been a loyal client for 16 years, and I can honestly say this salon is the best! Every stylist here is incredibly professional and talented. In all my years, I’ve never had a single complaint, which speaks volumes about their consistency and quality of service.
What I especially love is the color they use—it always turns out beautifully. The team takes the time to really understand each client’s needs, and they’re always willing to accommodate busy schedules without hesitation. I was originally scheduled for my first time at Shear Perfection with Amber on a Saturday, but when she ended up not being available we were having some trouble finding another Saturday we'd both be available (which was not on her; I've been out of town a lot). She offered to get me in with another stylist on my original date around the same time which was super kind, and she contacted me directly to get it arranged. This was above & beyond in my opinion! I ended up seeing Chandli for my first visit. She was up a stylist level which meant a bit higher pricing but worth every penny, and Amber also made sure that I knew that ahead of time. I had a great time chatting with Chandli about baby stuff since I'm expecting and she helped me decide what would be best for a low-maintenance color & style since I'll be a first-time mom in a few months. We went with something different than I'd originally planned and it ended up being even better thanks to her advice. I will absolutely be back and would recommend either of these two ladies in a heartbeat, and the salon overall. Convenient location, reasonable pricing, and a clean & relaxing salon atmosphere. 10/10!
