Music is way to loud
Some folks have a hard time with loud music and for no customers to be in there and both employees to be up front and not speak or if they did you couldn't hear for the music. I would love to shop there but...

On This Visit, Upon Entry, The Staff Acknowledged My Presence With a Greeting And Immediately Tried To Assist. This Was A Big Plus.. The Sore Was Also Very Clean. And There Was A Decent Selection Of Shoes. ?

Son had to use the bathroom in the middle of shopping for shoes. Shoe depot doesn't have a public restroom. Had to go to Walmart to use the bathroom. Guess where we ended up buying his shoes? The place that had a bathroom for him to use. Wasn't going back to shoe depot after leaving to find a bathroom
