Worst place to ever take your taxes… the two five star reviews are probably from people they know!
If I could give 0 stars and still be able to write this review I would! I have called multiple times and as always they never answer. Nor call back….
We dropped our taxes off in March for my husband and I. They said they had it done but needed to double check everything. Well… if you have it done then tell me the information. There is no need for it to take this long to know my tax info when it’s just two people and one tax form for each of us. Especially since we filed with them last year.
If you can’t keep up with your work then you should hire more ppl.
The service of this office is just HORRIBLE and I don’t plan to use them anymore after this year.
They always tell you they will call you tommorow and NEVER DO!!!
Iv been trying hard to hold back on giving them a bad review but honestly at this point I can’t wait any longer.
You’re better off doing your taxes yourself and messing up than you are to pay them. ?
